    Ingredients
Wheat Flour, Water, Sugar, Palm Oil, Eggs. High Fructose Corn Syrup, Dextrose, Soybean Oil. Soy Flour, Whey (Milk), Invert Sugar, Yeast, Mono- and Diglycerides, Salt, Cinnamon, Corn Syrup, Molasses, Natural & Artificial Flavors, Modified Food Starch (corn Syrup), Tapioca Dextrin, Sodium Stearoyl Lactylate, Maltodextrin, Wheat Gluten, Calcium Carbonate, Calcium Sulfate, Corn Flour, Preservatives (Potassium Sorbate, Sorbic Acid, Sodium Propionate), Rice Syrup, Butter, Baker's Cheese (Pasteurized Cultured Skim Milk, Rennet), Succinylate Monoglycerides, Leavening (Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Baking Soda, Monocalcium Phosphate), wheat Fiber, Xanthan Gum, Guar Gum, Propylene Glycol Monoesters, Oat Fiber, Glyceryl Lactoesters of Fatty Acids, Agar, Spice & Coloring, Soy Lecithin, Artificial Color, Gum Acacia, Sorbitan Monostearate, Citric Acid), Polysorbate 60, Caramel Color, Beta Carotene (Color).

These may not be new (but they are new to me), but my husband brought a package of these home and I tried one...it's tastes pretty good. I haven't had a cinnamon bun in years and years and though it does NOT taste like one made fresh from the bakery we used to get long along--again, it's pretty good and it's BIG/large sized too. 320 cals.

Y'know, 320 cal for a cinnamon bun isn't bad! And the 19 g of sugar, if one cares about such things, isn't terrible for a baked good with sugar icing.

One piece is 220 calories? That’s actually not as bad as I thought... that being said, I have no clue how big or small each piece is and I’m sure it’s one of those things I could easily eat the entire pack of if I’m craving it enough xD

I found a new book I am going to try. It says it is Paleo, but I think you can modify it to be as crazy on that as you want.

I saw somewhere the cinnamon version got better reviews, it’s a shame the chocolate was a flunk though thanks for saving us that disappointment :/

On a side note, yet again I am EXTREMELY impressed with enlightened’s dairy free lineup! I’m sitting down with their monkey business pint now and it’s simply divine.... I honestly think their dairy free pints are somehow better than their dairy pints, the texture is just so much better and doesn’t need thawing whatsoever. The consistency is like actual ice cream, and it doesn’t have any weird flavors/aftertastes like a lot of dairy free ice creams have! Probably my favorite one so far! I saw another good review on here about this one too so I bought the last two they had at Shoprite before I even knew I’d like it, which thank goodness I did!!!

Organic Naan is so yummy! Great side for salad, soup. I heat it up in my toaster oven at 400 for a few minutes. 95 calories for a quarter loaf.

They have them all at wegmans in case anyone is looking for them!

Also @vnb_208 they don't look that great either. Thanks for the review, won't be buying those. I saw a review on instagram of the cinnamon ones and they said they were good but not fantastic.

wegmans is 1 state maybe they will come to CT soon!

Omg the stroopwafle mcflurry i got the snack size and i just know i gained 5lbs lolbl6yy9osz9ja.jpg

Did they even blend it??? It looks like they got lazy and just threw the stuff on top, blending it makes the caramel somehow thicken with the ice cream and makes it incredible!

Also, this popped up on my Instagram feed... I need!!!
