I've noticed that a huge downfall for me is coffee creamer. What type of creamer do you use?

I drink it black. But when I didn't, I just used whatever dairy or nondairy milk or cream that was on hand. No sugar. No sweetened "creamer." Drink better coffee.

I only have 2-3 tbsp. a day and I love it soooo much I just make it fit into my calories, I am completely obsessed with hazelnut creamer! Sorry I am not much help! You could try sugar free syrup and skim or 1% milk maybe?

I agree with @NovemberSkye . I slowly reduced my sweet coffee creamer and switched to just plain cream. I'm trying now to slowly reduce the cream and hope to be able to drink it black soon. It takes time though. Good luck!

I've never been a big coffee drinker but I have become rather fond of iced coffee. The first time I tried it I was given some with international delight creamer and it was love at first sip. I have been experimenting with making my own without all the sugar and additives. I found that 18% cream with some sugar free syrup and extra sucralose makes a lovely substitute but is about the same number of calories. My next effort will be with 10% cream to see how that works out. I still only use about 1 tablespoonful of creamer in a cup once a day which works out to about 30 calories. As others have said maybe it's just something worth working into your daily calorie allowance?

I use heavy cream. Usually 1-2T per 20oz of coffee.

I can so relate. I gave up trying to find an alternative. I now only have 1 cup a day with 2 Tbl sugar free creamer.

Half and half. About an ounce per cup. Generally drink 4 cups per day. Also enjoy coffee black, but it has to be good coffee...

I've tried to give up half and half, but it's still a struggle. I add about 80-120 extra calories with half and half, but I am so hooked on the flavor and coffee is so crucial to my day that I have sort of accepted the addition for the time being. My plan is to gradually drink less until I can get used to going without.

I drink coffee mate french vanilla ( prefer international delight) but this what they have at work. In addition, to adding the creamer i also add sugar. After reading some posts, I think I will slowly transition by eliminating the extra sugar and then gradually transitioning a different "creamer".

I used to add 1 teaspoon each of half and half and sugar to my coffee. That's only 7 calories for the H&H and 15 calories for the sugar.

Now I add protein powder, chia seeds, and coconut shreds and call it breakfast.

If you liked iced mochas something to try that I like - 1 scoop choc protein powder, 1/2 c. unsweetened almond milk and espresso (I also add a pack of splenda). Tastes just like a starbucks version to me. Throw it in a blender and you have a frappacino.

I'd rather give up something else than creamer in my coffee. At work I use a little 1/2 and 1/2, at home I have a Nespresso and use almond milk in my frother, and I use a natural zero calorie sweetener that's made from kabocha squash.

I make iced mochas with half & half and Walden Farms Calorie Free chocolate syrup. The syrup isn't something I would use on its own (like over ice cream) but in a mocha it is great.

Far too much sugar free vanilla coffeemate, but it's only 15 calories a serving and I only have one cup a day, so.

    Unsweetened cashew milk

me too - I find cashew milk to be creamer than almond, though I use unsweetened almond milk at work as I can't get teh cashew milk in the individual containers.

I have 1/2 cup cashew milk in a 12 oz coffee on the way to work, and 1/2 cup almond milk in a 12 oz coffee while at work and that's it, so that comes to something like 30 calories total for both cups.

Sometimes I'll put a Tbsp or 2 of creamer in, but that's rare. And splenda to sweeten because I can't stand the taste of plain black coffee!

None. I add a splash of cold water to make my keurig coffee immediately drinkable and less bitter.

I use half and half, 2 tablespoons is 40 calories. (I also add 2 tsp of sugar at 30 calories so 70 calories per cup). I rarely have more than 2 cups a day. I like sweet coffee and would rather use 140 calories on my morning coffee than drink it black.

15 ml heavy cream once per day. That's 50 calories.
19 g Vanilla Creme whey isolate protein powder once per day. That's 70 calories.

That's altogether 10% of a lady's minimal calorie intake of 1200. Personally, that doesn't seem to be too great a price to pay for delightfulness.

I either make my own with whipping cream or buy a sweetened one like Bliss’s Salted Caramel. I do measure it as it’s easy to overdo but my morning latte makes me happy so I make it work. Same for afternoon cold brew. 🙄🤣
