Lots going on this round again. Weekend in Liverpool for another cheerleading competition so lots of fast food outlets, hotel breakfasts and motorway service stations for our 5+ hour car journey each way
Three evening events for the kids inductions for their new schools and college they start in September, daughters Prom week then another cheerleading display show next weekend..... Ill be going to work in between for a rest
But aiming to carry on this round how I ended the last one..........
R81 Start Weight - 137.8lb Target for the round 136 something ....
06/22 - DNW
06/23 - DNW
06/24 - 139.9lb (+2.1lb) Back from the weekends Liverpool cheer competition so totally expected gain given the usual lack of decent remotely healthy food at comp and late night eating at the motorway service station Did try my best and my overall calories weren't too bad - I know alot of this is just the water retention from the increased fast food salt intake and reduced water. On the plus side the gain hasn't taken me back over 140.
"Gain" will take a few days to come off again as it usually does. Daughters prom on Thursday so will have a glass or two of fizz that night but other than that the rest of the round is clear so still aiming for a 136 finish
06/25 - 138.8lb (-1.1lb) Whoosh! That's half of it gone - now to work on the rest! No gym tonight as at my daughters new college for an induction evening but good food planned for the day and will try and get out for a walk from work at lunchtime.
06/26 - 138.2 (-0.6lb) Bit more gone.... 0.4lb to get back to pre-weekend weigh in then start on the proper downward path to get to round target. Good food day today planned and pre-logged so no excuses
May be a bit tough though as was awake at 2am this morning for no reason and struggled to get back to sleep. In fact my sleep recently has been awful - my husband always used to say I didn't sleep I went into a nightly coma I slept so well, but the last few months this hasn't been the case. Guessing I have so much going on at the moment and have no "down" time - or is this a peri-thing which I think has started as TOM all a bit erratic these days.
Roll on my holiday......
06/27 - 137.5lb (-0.7lb) Weekend gone plus a bit so down 0.3lb since the start of the round with 0.5lb to go to meet my round target. Very happy with that! Will be careful tonight - daughters prom tonight so will be drinks around this evening which I have factored into my days allowance but these things don't usually show favourably on the scales next day. But we'll see - just intend to have a lovely day with my daughter getting ready - eyelashes, hair, make up, nails, then pre-prom drinks with the girls and friends and family
06/28 - 136.5lb (-1.0lb) Not sure this is real as ' eat dinner last night. By the time we had had pre-prom drinks then watched the girls arrive and then got home afterwards I couldn't be bothered! So I'll take it for today, would love it to stay here but wont be disheartened if it goes up tomorrow. Still on a high from last night - my daughter looked beautiful
06/29 - 136.6lb (+0.1lb) Ooohh yesterdays loss seems to have stuck around for a bit - hoping it stays a bit longer. Its the weekend so usual temptations including the girls cheerleading gym show later today and then family over for dinner tomorrow visiting from Devon but aiming to finish the round in the 136's .... Have a great weekend everyone
06/30 - DNW
07/01 - 140.4lb (+3.8lb) Not a fair reflection of my round but a fair reflection of Sunday's family get together despite going to the gym Sunday morning for an hour! So only a temporary salt and lack of water "blip" on the scale, just annoying its at the end of the round
Today also sees the start of my 1,000,000 step challenge so will be logging my steps on here each day and tallying up the total so far....... At work for a large part of today so day 1 in itself could be tough to find the time, but guess thats part of the challenge
See you all round 82 .......9 -

R81 Goal: Round 80 was an insightful 3rd round for me. I learned a lot about my body and what causes fluctuations after noticing a trend of gaining weight following the previous day of intense exercise/lifting heavy weights. With this knowledge, I hope I can be kinder to myself and not launch into a chocolate bingeing frenzy when this is the case.
My overall aim for the whole month of June is to still train consistently - with that should come the weight / inch loss.

Yesterday was good until the cramps hit at night and I chose to eat way over my calories. Cramps have hit this morning for good old ⭐ week which resulted in vomiting etc this morning before I weighed in which is probably why I am showing a loss 🤢.
Not a good result for the round but I'll be back fighting for round 82! 🥊

Round 81 SW 157lbs EW ?
30/06 157
01/02 155.8 Very pleased. I have gone back to 16/8 fasting. For the last 4 days my fasting blood sugar has been between 6 and almost 7. I have asked before about diabetes as there is so much in my family but drs ones have come back fine, with the hca1..whatever being within the normal range and that was just 3 months ago so I have no idea what is going on! I'm going to cut down the carbs and see what it does to my sugar in the morning.
Onto next round and have a great day all x10 -

06/22 - 201.4 - not a great start, exercise is not great because of injury, food could have been better and very little water
06/23 - 200.6 - ok food and water and managed a stroll.
06/24 - 200.6 - still the same but at least there was no gain. Food good but exercise was not happening.
06/25 - 199.6 - yes a loss. Good with food and water. Doing as much as I can with exercise.
06/26 - 201.2 - and yesterday was a very good day. How did I gain 1.6lb?
06/27 - 199.8 - and back down again. Yesterday was good.
06/28 - 199.8 - same again which is good.
06/29 - 201.4 - up again but I ate a lot of chocolate - emotional eating!

Day/Weight/Comment
06/22 247 lbs trying to restart Keto with sister
06/23 245.8 lbs mostly water, but drinking a lot of fluids to flush the body. Calories still at the 2100 top end. Goal is to get in 10000 steps per day again.
06/24 244.8 lbs Drinking plenty of water so I am not dehydrating. Did a morning walk for 1.5 mile in the morning. Took a nice hike with my son on a local “hill” after work. Nice vertical and plateau.
06/25 243 was able to get a 60 minute walk in on the treadmill. Went 3 miles with inclines. Whatever will help prep the hike. Doing another tomorrow if all goes well.
06/26 242.6. Ate like a pig at s farmers market. Knew it would not end well. Need to get past the issue wasting food. No problem, back on the horse.
06/27 243.4 lbs
06/28 241.4 lbs Yesterday did another hike for just over 1.5 hours consisting of a lot of hills with my son. It was tougher but easier since the body is waking back up nicely. Still have a ways to go to climb Mt. Washington. I figure I have six weeks to be ready. Will have to take it easy today since I am giving blood. My blood type is always in very high demand. Very happy with my progress!
06/29 241.2 lbs this morning. Off to a morning hike with the boys. Had a big meal of bbq. Not what I would call a nutritious meal, but very good😂. Sensible eating the next 6-8 days.
06/30 243.6 yesterday ended in a lot of eating with family 😂. Way too much consumption. Oh well, New day and back to eating sensibly. Another hike today, but both boys today.
07/01 242.2 starting a new week. Little more focused and a better understanding of the effect of eating past feeling full this week. Less of that in the next round. Started at 247, loss 4.8 lbs. nice steady loss. That would put this round in the win column 🎉🎉8 -

This round I would like to lose 5lbs. Might seem like a lot for 7 days....
6/24: 200lbs I really want active yesterday. I stayed away from carbs so that is a plus. But I ate a lot of whoppers candy and 2 pieces of key lime pie. 😭😭Another positive I downed 1 gallons of water.
6/25 198.4 lbs today I will stay away from junk food.
6/26 198.2 lbs
6/27 196.2 lbs not sure how that happened. I totally ate fast food of shame yesterday. But I only had about 1/2 gallon of water.
6/28 196.8 lbs a little gain not to sad about it. Today I think I will exercise for a good minutes. Maybe the scale will love me tomorrow.
6/29 196.0 lbs I am happy. Hopefully I can survive the weekend.

07/01 - 154.3 - Weekend bloat. Was outside all day Friday, Saturday, and Sunday so quite dehydrated, despite my best efforts. Food was okay, not the best. Think the activity helped with a lot of it. Honestly thought I'd be at least 3lbs higher. Pretty happy with this and I know it'll drop once I'm better hydrated.
Previous day's comments for R8106/22 - Another stormy morning. Not as much back pain today but mentally I can tell I'm not in the greatest of places. Going to treat myself to a pedicure, a nice meal, and a movie to try to cheer myself up and get out of the house. Hopefully the distraction will help.

06/24 - forgot to post yesterday but managed to get some food down. Very dehydrated though.
06/25 - Holy bloat! Yesterday was the first time I was able to eat like a normal person without getting anxiety-induced nauseousness. Lots of carbs and had ice cream as a treat for a good mental day (I asked for a small scoop and got a big one. But doused in nice fresh strawberries, so yum!). Before that was a tiny town bar's taco salad. Instead of the tortilla bowl, they put it on a bed of tortilla chips. So much sodium! I can even tell by how my belly LOOKS bloated as crazy. Going to be more conscious of eating today (yesterday I was just happy to be able to eat normal again) and start losing from here (much healthier weight loss from when I started my anxiety-riddled days)
06/26 - This seems a little more realistic. I was fairly good on water yesterday. We did have some exercises to do (HAZMAT training) so I couldn't have my water nearby so I didn't hit my 75 oz goal but got at least 60oz in me. Much better than any days recently. Today we will be in full bunker gear outside (supposed to be mid-90s and likely heat index in the 100s) so I'm going to try to drink as much as possible, but can't drink water while in the gear so it might get interesting, depending on how long we are in it. Tomorrow's weigh in will probably be impacted by it, I'm sure. But I'm okay with at least having this weight as a pretty good idea of where I am. I was able to eat pretty well yesterday. Such a big lunch I wasn't hungry at dinner so I just had peanut butter on a small tortilla (didn't go grocery shopping yet and didn't want to cook at 9pm) to hold me over.
06/27 - I got my 75oz in and some gatorade at the baseball game last night but between dehydration from yesterday and lack of sleep (didn't get home and showered until almost 11 to wake up at 5) I figured I'd be up. Also, burrito for lunch yesterday (provided during training) and unusually salty sunflower seeds at the game last night, I'm surprised I'm not higher. Tomorrow is my day off so got a long weekend of trying to keep things in line food-wise. Hopefully the org day I'm going to (bf's work is hosting) will have me outside and moving around enough that I offset any food fairly easily.

Day/Weight/Comment
06/22 - 142
06/23 - 142
06/24 – 143 – Our weekend was so busy I didn’t get a chance to post although I weighed both days. We visited a local winery Saturday night and I ate a lot of snack foods that I usually avoid. Back on track for the work week.
06/25 – 142 – OK!
06/26 – 141 – I’ll be happy if I can stick around this weight for the rest of the week.
06/27 – 142.5 – Not real surprised. I’ve noticed that when I start trending down in my maintenance weight, I start getting a little loose with my calorie counting. That’s why I’m here. I need to watch a little closer the next couple days so the weekend and the picnics next week don’t throw me above maintenance.
06/28 – 142 – I was very mindful of my eating yesterday and I’m preparing for the weekend. I need to do better drinking my water.
06/29 - 141.5 – I’m glad my weight dropped a little before my eating catches up with me tomorrow.
06/30 - 143.5 – And there it is! I will have to eat better tomorrow although, I am proud of myself for limiting myself to one brownie yesterday and today while facing a pan full of them. The leftover brownies were put safely in the freezer until our picnic this weekend.
07/01 – 143.5 – I had a feeling this number would stick. Plenty of water and healthy eating today! See you next round.

Round 81 (5 for me)
R75 (1) – SW: 202.8 – EW: 198.8 (-4.0)
R76 (2) – SW 198.8 – EW: 199.4 (+0.6)
R77 (3) – SW 199.4 – EW: 196.6 (-2.8)
R78 (4) – SW 196.6 – EW: 195.4 (-1.2 for 7 days)
R79 – Skipped - vacation
R80 – Skipped - vacation
R81 (5) – SW 197.0
Joining a couple of days late to get back on track after vacation. My goals this round are to re-establish good habits:
1) Daily accurate logging
2) Daily exercise
3) Good hydration
Day/Weight/Comment
06/22 DNW – Last day of vacation
06/23 DNW – Travel day
06/24 197.0 – (+1.6 from my last weigh-in on 5/29)
06/25 197.0 – Okay, not too bad for 3 ½ weeks of vacation meals and treats. Giving myself a few more days to adjust to the 6-hour time change, restock the fridge, and get back on track with logging and exercise.
06/26 195.8 – Almost back to my pre-vacation weight (after correcting yesterday’s typo), but I’m thinking this morning’s drop is probably a water adjustment now that I’m fixing most of my own meals again. Still struggling with jet lag. The heat and humidity aren’t helping, so I haven’t been walking, but I’m (loosely) logging what I eat and getting enough water.
06/27 194.8 – A new low on this weight loss journey, so I’m feeling good about maintaining during my long vacation. Three months of MFP “training” before my trip helped me make good choices without feeling deprived. I also did a LOT of walking most days. I’m pretty much back on track with logging and eating at a deficit, but I need to ramp up my exercise again.
06/28 193.6 – Surprised to see another drop, but I’m assuming it’s water-related. Spent yesterday at the beach with my grandkids and got my workout in the rough surf. The water was glorious, but the sun was intense! Had a few salty snacks and did my best to stay hydrated, but this morning’s lower weight suggests I should have upped my water intake even more. I’ve got my calories set for a pound-a-week loss (currently 1580 calories), but most days this week I’ve gone over by 200-300. I’m okay with slower weight loss this summer, but I don’t want to reset my MFP goals. For now, it helps me to think of the calorie goal as a target to aim for rather than a strict limit. I’ll keep an eye on the numbers, but I won’t stress if I don’t hit the bullseye everyday.
06/29 192.8 – Hmm… Well, I’m done trying to guess how much of that initial post-vacation weight was water retention related to the long transatlantic flight. Instead, I’m embracing the new low and celebrating reaching the 20-pounds-lost mark. Did some work in the garden yesterday before it got too hot and then ran errands. Minor league baseball game with the kids last night – fixed dinner for everyone before the game and was surprised that I wasn’t even tempted by all the ballpark treats. I would have had a beer, but I’d volunteered to drive. Good hydration and under my calorie limit – I feel like I’m back on track.
06/30 192.8 – Happy to see this number again. Yesterday was another scorcher. Got a bit of yardwork done in the morning before the heat and humidity became too oppressive. Teaching the grandkids to play pool volleyball was a fun way to exercise in the heat.
07/01 192.8 – Feeling great! This is -2.6 for June and -20.0 in the 4 months I’ve been on this weight-loss journey. Best of all, I have more energy and a lot less arthritis pain.
Despite the late start, this has been a surprisingly successful round for me. I was worried that it would be tough to get back into the weight-loss routine after vacation. Coming back to this challenge group and reading all your posts was just what I needed! Thank you all for sharing the ups and downs of your journeys. I’m learning so much, and I am truly inspired.
Now it’s a lovely, cool morning, so I’ll be going out for a walk before the day heats up. And I’ll see you in Round 82!

Ending weight round 80- ???, for mental health reasons stopped weighing at 6/19. Picking this back up on 6/22 hopefully refreshed and ready to work!
UGW - somewhere in the mid-130's.
Goal for round 81 - FOCUS! Weight loss was great, then stalled a bit due to some stress and insomnia. Took a little break from the challenge in order to free up some brain space. I believe physical health follows mental health and I must be in the right mind space in order to track food intake.
6/22 - 140.9. Not as much damage as I expected after taking a few days off. Traveling today/tomorrow with extended family so no scale. When I get home tomorrow night I’m going to grocery shop and meal plan for the week and do my best to hit a deficit the last 8 days of the challenge.
6/23 - traveling no scale
6/24 - 142.0. Knew I had to face the music. This weekend consisted of fried salty food, cake, and not as much physical activity. Add in my TOM due tomorrow and that I haven’t “gone” in a couple of days due to travel, and I’m not surprised at all. I’m unhappy with the choices I made, but they are done and it’s time to move on. I’ve committed to movement every day and tracking my food to stay in a deficit each day the rest of this challenge. My husband is on board too after this weekend!
6/25 - 140.9. There goes some of the bloat from the weekend salty foods. Wins yesterday: hydrated very well, 30 min on elliptical, 30 min walk, in a caloric deficit, slept well. Ready for another good day.
6/26 - 140.4. Pleasantly surprised as my TOM hit and it’s brutal (sorry for the TMI). I have cramps, I’m super irritable and I’m hungry all the time. I gave it to the cravings yesterday quite a bit too. Won’t be surprised if it goes up again when that catches up to me but happy for the drop today. Wins yesterday: HIIT class, 2.75 mile walk, good water intake. Today I need to focus on diverting my attention from the binge cravings.
6/27 - 139.6. Shocked it went down, I thought it would be up. I feel so heavy and gross this week (thanks, TOM). And I've been so hungry. I did better yesterday with managing that - deciphering if I was truly hungry or just stressed - and I was truly hungry so I ate. Wins yesterday: 4 mile run, 4 mile walk. Hydrated well. Listened to hunger cues. We will see if the scale stays low or if this extra food catches up with me at some point.
6/28 - 140.4. Rough round. All my fault though. Gave in to the binge cravings yesterday. Wins: RPM class, hydrated well. Other than that, I ate way too much and was way too sedentary outside of my gym workout.
6/29 - 140.7. All due to my choices. I’m not in the head space for tracking and dieting right now. I need to either be ok with my weight for now and take a break, or get myself together.
6/30 - 139.6. This is the round of bouncing between this number and something in the 140’s. I think my body likes being here. Which is not bad, I’m at a healthy weight/body fat %. I’m at the point where I need to decide if I’m good staying here or if I want to push for those vanity pounds.
7/1 - 139.3. Matched my low from a previous round. Happy and quite shocked to see I got back down to it. Wins yesterday: cycle class, 2.5 mile walk (so hot, don't want to overheat the dog so walks are getting shorter). Enjoyed some uninterrupted time with a friend at the pool. This round was a rollercoaster due to TOM and some emotional stuff so I'm quite happy to see I didn't undo my progress. Maintenance is perfect sometimes.6 -

06/22 136 18/30 accomplished. Was able to get off work early today but I was so tired I passed out when I had chores and meal preps...😥😥😥 I also just found out my day off on Monday is no longer happening. I should be there for three hours only (just to organize inventory) but who knows. I want this rounds food choices to be better. This job won't be getting any easier and if I am stationed here then I need to learn to adapt to my new environment. So far I have worked two weeks straight...I don't think I have ever worked so hard in my life, which I don't mind because I love it, it's just the meal preps that are getting to me
06/23 137 18/30 I messed up..,chocolate got to me. Starting Monday I will be meal prepping and eating better. I am ready for a restart
06/24 136.4 I messed up another day...but the good news is I got all my meal prep done for the rest of the week. I am all set to go. 18/30
06/25 137.6 a gain as expected. 19/30 accomplished
06/26136.8 I wanted to be down to 130 by the end of June but it doesn't look like that is going to happen. Although normally I would be upset by this, i know I have been working hard and I am not going to get down on myself. It will come, i will just have to continue practicing patience. It's not the end of the day but because all my meals are preplanned for me and having an active job, i know I will stick the course today. So 20/30 accomplished
06/27136 20/30 accomplished....I have been so hungry this week. Tsk tsk.
06/28135 21/30 accomplished
06/29 134.4 22/30 accomplished. This is what happens when I have more control over my eating and pre plan my meals. 😁😁
06/30 135 22/30 accomplished...had a little too much salt, which is probably why I gained. End of the month review. So 8 days this month I didn't stick to it, which is not as good as I would like. Last month I had 9 days of not sticking to it out of 31...so I still need to improve. This is why I can't push past those pesky 134s and keep yo yoing between 134 and 138. This is so difficult.
07/01 135.8 (end of the day accomplishment to be determined) so not bad, managed to loose some from the past 10 days but I am still having trouble. I do like where my body is at and I do like me at this weight, I just want to continue to strive to get to at least 130. I am tired of seeing 138 and 137 so I want to drop some more so I can get rid of those numbers once and for all.4 -

Phooey! But ok, I did over-indulge on Saturday - emotional/frustration eating. Major problems with the so-called landscaper we hired to dig out new beds -- aside from never showing up when he promises and then working an hour or less per day, he dumped a load of clay fill into our beds instead of garden soil. Aaaggghhh! I'm so frustrated - I have perennials & annuals sitting in pots as I expected to have them in the ground 2 weeks ago. So I ate chocolate and other junk to comfort myself, which of course it did not. What did help was when I decided take back control, so I bought myself a small electric tiller and some cheap planters to hold the plants until the beds are actually ready, and I planted the annuals in my existing front-yard beds. They'll be crowded, but that's ok, they're in the ground and can be moved later. I HATE depending on unreliable people, and this guy takes the cake. Anyway, I know part of this bump up is water because I had way too much sodium, and I'm taking back control of my emotions and food as well as my garden. So there! (Sorry for the off-topic rant, but really it's not since most of us are familiar with eating in the face of frustration, and the post-bad-eating recriminations.)
6/25 - 160.4
I behaved myself yesterday and have my eating plan in place for today. All good. I moved my bigger perennials into bigger pots and put all the annuals intended for new beds into my existing beds so they're not in the tiny pots. I may start tilling a new space today. Not a peep from the so-called landscaper. Grrrr.
6/26 - 159
I won't hold my breath, but supposedly the "landscaper" will be here today to take back the clay he dumped in my flower beds, and then we're done and I can do the rest myself. I have all sorts of yard projects planned for after I get my plants in the ground, so yay summer! I also have an one-person art show opening Sunday, so I have to get my paintings organized today to hang tomorrow. And Friday a friend is dividing some perennials to give me more to plant. And Greek Fest runs tomorrow through Sunday -- always a wonderful event with GREAT food, mostly not too off-diet (except baklava). So I'm off for a nice walk now, then the paintings, then....Busy week! Have a lovely!
6/27 - 158.4
We fired the "landscaper" -- I feel SO much better. Ordering soil today and I'll do the rest myself. Big beds -- the whole back of the house other than patio + one side of the backyard + back of backyard. I can't wait to dig in the dirt -- and aside from the pleasure I get from playing with plants, it's great exercise and I don't snack. Yay!
6/28 - 159.6
Pizza. So sodium. I went over my calorie goal, but barely, and I did a fair amount of work in the garden, so all good.
6/29 - 159
Lots of wheeling soil from driveway to garden yesterday. Back at it today. Yay!
6/30 - 159.2
I moved wheelbarrows of topsoil for 2.5 hours yesterday and ate responsibly, so I assume this is holdover from Thursday’s pizza. More soil to move, but one bed is full and the promise contained in this beautiful soil makes me happy. And I have a one-woman art show opening today. All good! Have a lovely Sunday!
7/01 - 158.4
All's well that ends well. I moved more soil yesterday and half another 3-4 hours to do, hopefully a lot of it today. Whew! But I'm so excited about my new garden!!! See you all in R82!

Tomorrow! Its already created on challenges page (:
Oh wow thanks. #NODAYSOFF
Yep! We just keep on going. But you take days off or work through your journey however you need to. Some people don't weigh daily but have accountability here. Some do weigh daily. And if you need a break, you take it and we will be here when you feel ready to come back. Its rather lovely5 -

6/22 169.9 I weighed and tracked all weekend but didn't update in here.
6/23 169.9
6/24 169.5
6/25 168.4 I took off Monday and today too, a mental health break. My BF had to go to Spain on Saturday, his brother had a stroke Friday night. While he's there he's going to do a check-up at the Cancer Center. He knew he had to go for a week this summer, and with his brother's stroke, it just made sense to do it now. Last year at this time he was there getting treatment. His illness prompted me to lose weight again. We've had a rough couple of years but things are looking good. Luckily he kept his Spanish citizenship so he gets free healthcare there.
6/26 166.4 This isn't a whooosh it's an "I was sick and didn't eat much yesterday". Isn't it ironic that I took off for mental health and woke up sick? I did get a 3-mile walk in, though maybe I shouldn't have walked at all. I ran a fever last night and one this morning, I'm taking meds and only in the office to print out stuff for tomorrow's meeting. I'm the featured presenter so hopefully, my nose and sinuses will calm down before tomorrow at 3:30. I wish this number 166 was real. I'm sure it will be 168
6/27 166.4 I'm happy, still suspicious but happy. I ate below yesterday but not by much but I did zero exercise. I woke up feeling much better this morning, thankfully. I think I will go to the gym tonight. I'm feeling about 90% well. No scale tomorrow. Happy Friday Eve
6/28 No Scale I did not go to the gym last night. After the 4 hour drive and presenting (non stop talking) I was more tired than I had expected. I went for a short indoor walk (the bank said 100 degrees) and crashed. Had not brought enough medicine - since I had felt so much better. That will teach me for feeling better. My plan now is to work this morning then drive home. There is a Planet Fitness about 45 minutes into the drive home, I'll stop there. Then if I'm too tired to do anything tonight - who cares
6/29 168.4. I knew the 166 was related to my cold and not eating much. I’m fine with this.
6/30 168.0 woohoo down a little. Walked 3 hot miles yesterday. Woke up to repeat this morning but my legs weren’t into it. Some days MS says it’s too much. I’ve finally learned to listen. That’s ok cause there are still calories to burn cleaning house and shopping in the ac!
7/1 168.0 Very happy with that. TOM came and went while I was sick. I'm surprised my numbers weren't more wonky than they were.6 -
Round 81 Goal - enjoy the rest of vacation then lose the vacation weight 😆
Day/Weight/Steps
06/22 16,400
06/23 11,200
06/24 1,024 sick with migraine all day
06/25 162.0 - 13,300 so excited to be -.4 after vacation! I hope it is real!
06/26 161.6 - 10,500
06/27 161.2 - 11,000
06/28 161.0 - 10,200
06/29 161.4 - 13,000
06/30 161.6 - 11,000 🤷♀️ maybe I’m going right back to the ten day stall and whoosh pattern. Either way, I’ll just continue on
07/01 161.8 - 11,800 Overall a good round. I survived 10 days at the beach with no gain. I have also met all my exercise goals and increased my morning walk to 5 miles each day. TOM anytime so may be a few more days before I see a drop. Ready for the next round!

@nikki062181 This 38-year-old just finished up round 80 with a 4.2lb loss. Yay!!!! I met my goal but barely the last 10 days. Here is to meeting it again in this 10 days. I was 17lbs from my goal weight and have since gained 17 additional pounds. I'd like to at least lose those 17 lbs before I have to start teaching again. I've had it hard the last year. My MIL, who I consider my Mom, passed away from a long battle with lung cancer. My Grandpa passed away 8 months later. I graduated from college while being married and having 3 kiddos, and completed my first year in the classroom last year. I also found out that my middle child is battling multiple mental illnesses, which were triggered by the loss of his Grandma. I had to take a step away from my weight loss journey. My family needed me, but I need to be healthy too. So, here I am...going for it again.
GOALS FOR THE WEEK!
First step: Continue to track calories
Second step: Continue to measure my portions
Third step: Continue to cut out carbonated beverages
Fourth step: Continue to cut out too many sweets
5th step: Push water!!!!
6th step: Take my B12 supplement daily at lunch because I have a deficiency
7th step: Walk 15 minutes a day at minimum and do arm exercises starting on Monday for this goal.
OSW: 232 lbs
CSW: 154.8 lbs
CGW: 150 - 151
UGW: 125 lbs
Here is to wishing we can all achieve our goal! 🙏
6/22: 154.8 I ate a very healthy, high protein lunch yesterday, so I could have pancakes, hashbrowns, and a flurry for my birthday treat. I am so glad I did because I did not want to wake up and regret my weight gain this morning. I had almost forgotten to take my B12 also, so I ended up taking that one late. I'm very inconsistent with the time I weigh myself too. When I head back into work in August, times will finally be consistent. Until then, I want to enjoy when I get up...whenever that is.
6/23: 154.2 My son begged me not to make anything healthy because his gf came over last night, and he didn't want to be embarrassed. My husband asked me to eat whatever I wanted when I ordered carryout from this pizza joint. I knew I had treated myself already because of my birthday on Friday. So, I had a salad with extra protein and some breadsticks. It paid off. 😁
6/24: 153.8 I have really been enjoying these smoothies for breakfast. They're quite yummy. Since I have life threatening food allergies, I have to be creative when making some things. So, I cannot use a lot of fruit or fillers like most are able to. However, the ones I've been having are quite refreshing.
6/25: 152.6 A NEW LOW for many months! I did not do well on the water intake. I did complete my first day of exercise on the 30 day challenge. I changed it from arm to full body. Since it finally did not rain either, I went biking for a half hour too.
6/26: 152.4 I struggled yesterday. I was not feeling well at all. I didn't eat or drink well. I did complete my full body workout though. I remember why I cannot stand squats.
6/27: 154.4 🤔 Maybe because I ate later or did not drink enough? 🤷♀️
6/28: 153.8 Back down to where I was 4 days ago. I feel like a yo-yo. I have a feeling I will not meet my goal this round, so I'm hoping that I at least lose some weight.
6/29: 152.8 I let myself have a high carb, high calorie treat day yesterday.
6/30: 153 I had another high carb, high calorie treat day yesterday to boost my metabolism. Back to my regular diet today. I also went swimming. 😁
7/1: 152.8 I went to my favorite Mexican restaurant and had a healthy meal, but is high in sodium. I did not reach my personal goal, but I did reach MFP goal by losing 2lbs. So, I can't complain. Here is to losing another 2 in the next 10 days.6
