Want to lose 3 lbs this month, want to do a half-marathon in November, and fit into a cute little red dress around Christmastime (I think it's a size 2)4

20 pull ups. I can bench 415 but can’t do 2 pull ups!! I’ve been doing assisted and been getting 1-2 reps every week. Almost there!6

I want to make my nephrologist say "Good job" the next time I see him.11

I so rarely attend events that require I dress up, but I've got one coming up in a little over a month. I have a goal dress I've been dying to wear but my weight and measurements haven't budged in ages (partly on purpose; there was a scheduled 3-month maintenance break). I'd like to wear it there ... finally!
Sadly, with just a couple more weeks until the event it doesn't look like I'm going to make this goal because the dress is not only still a bit too small but also a fitted cut, and my torso has, er, not been cooperating.
However, I have been lifting since February and am now able to see a tiny bit of definition in my upper arms. So I bought a different dress to wear to the event. This one has a forgiving cut through the torso but it's sleeveless. I have NEVER been comfortable wearing sleeveless things, even when I was a 5'3", 110-pound 16-year-old (I'm now 135 pounds and 44 years old). My arms then weren't huge obviously but they were and are disproportionate to my frame so I've always been sensitive about them.
That makes the new dress a goal dress too: I'm thinking that if I continue to make arms-related lifting progress over these next couple of weeks, and if I can lean out during the same period by even a pound to potentially help with definition (if not then for psychological advantage), maybe I can feel good about having bare arms for the first time since childhood.14 -

This is an awesome goal! Good luck! I have a feeling that you WILL rock that dress, so here's me, shaking some pom poms in encouragement.5 -

@aerochic42
Haha! Nice! Whatever works
I will know to duck when I see the skinnier you coming along with rocks 🤣
Only to be thrown at those that need a mental recalibration. Plus given my accuracy, you could probably just stand still and barely get touched.

Mini-goal: Get back to my full exercise plan after having been sick since mid-June.
Began today (not all better, but don’t want to lose all I worked so hard to build)
21 min walk.
It’s a start6 -
I want to wear fitted button shirts again without them looking like one false move and a button might coming flying off and take someone's eye out.6

Want to lose 20 pounds before my daughter's wedding August 30. Lost 4.3 so far.5

Lose 10lbs by July 21st. I'm down 7 since May 18, so just 3 to go. I don't think I'll quite make it, but still happy with what I've done so far.

3 more pounds! You can do that! Be diligent in tracking your calories and if you need to step up your exercise a bit. You can do it. You have 15 days.3 -
My next goal is 195. ☺0

Get to 150lbs. 8.5 lbs to go! Then 140lbs. 😃3

My mini goal for this week is to eat AT / UNDER 2000 cals/day every day consistently!5
-
235.8 today, the miniest micro goal is under 235, then 234.4 as that’s 10 pounds, 230.4 as that’s a stone and hopefully 230 by the end of July for 10 pounds off this month.
Lots of little feel good markers.10 -
I turn 40 in a week. I would like to be below 220 lb (219.8 by my scale). That's a little over 3 lbs. Aggressive, but I know I have some extra water retention due to weekend and TOM. Honestly I could use larger jump to help me get going again.5

Seeing Family next weekend. Hoping to hit my goal this week.6

To be in the 140’s by September. Only 6 pounds to go!9
