Happy Humpday! 3 clients this morning then 5 tonight! Gotta get a caterer for my DD's party this Saturday.
Cardio: jog/walk- 30 minutes (250 calories)
Strength: back- pulldowns, bent over barbell rows, seated cable rows, dumbell pullovers. 4x12,10,8,6

Strength: 100 kettlebell swings, 20 PushUps
Assessment: Went over calorie goal. Stress of having our floors re-finished and having to clear out the main level. Then having to be out of the house for 4 days...ugh!0 -

Happy Monday! 4 clients this morning and then 5 this evening! DD is off at bandcamp so the week is mine. But some sad news is my mother took a pretty serious fall and fractured 3 ribs. In the hospital and has to wear a IPAP because her breathing is so labored.

A not so Happy Humpday! No clients this morning, but 5 tonight. At 3:20am this morning, I lost one of the kindest, unselfish, empathic and compassionate people in the world...................my mom. I'm sad that I'll never get to see her physically again and give her more hugs. But I am happy that she is no longer in pain and is at peace.
