Where my Gen X people at!?!?

Uh... Should be pretty much ALL OF US if we fit the description "Upper 30s, 40s, & 50s" That's pretty much the definition of the current age of Gen X. So we've got that in common, too.

Is Generation X an American thing, or is it less geographical than that?

The first American band I saw live was Nirvana. They were supporting Tad, at the Norwich Arts Centre in the UK.

Good morning! Definitely belong here - 45 and aiming for an 80 pound loss before I turn 50. I'll take it sooner, but trying to see the long game ;) I've been tracking for about 80 days with a small amount of success but would love some community support. It's time to focus in and make some progress!
