Don't mind my blurred out booty. Undies were a little too revealing in the second picture. Here we have 250 versus 198. Currently at 196 but didn't take a new picture today.

This is a very timely thread because yesterday was my 5th year fitversary. I’m on vaca at the moment so haven’t had the opportunity to write an anniversary thread. Here’s a summary. 😎

2019 160 lb, 2.5 yrs to lose, 2.5 yrs in maintenance

Wow im so inspired. I have only started recently. June 2019 to be exact. im so impatient at times and crazy about the scale. I really need to stop and accept that my weight loss journey will be slow but consistent.10

This is my before and after not sure how much I weighed after my son just know since I've started and watching now I've lost 20. I still got a long way to go.0

Over 40lbs between pics but more importantly, blood pressure went from 140/100 down to 115/73!!!

I started by cutting my calories, added in intermittent fasting, took a few supplements and added weight training early on!
