I would like to join. I just started using MFP and need motivation and accountability. I have 35-40lbs I would like to lose.

July 22 - First day doing 1200 calories. Didn't do to bad. A little hungry throughout the day but filled up on water. Went over my goal by 6.
July 23 - Second day at 1200 calories. Way more hungry today. Went over my goal by 640! Weighed in this morning. Disappointed with the number.
July 24 - Day 3 at 1200cal. Did better today. Still not on goal but healthy choices today and only over by a little bit. Scale was down a little this morning. It's a Step in right direction
July 25 - Day 4. Still didn't make 1200, but still only over by a little. I think I need to find a way to eat more filling foods. I don't like protein (only eat chicken) or yogurt and things like that so it's hard to get foods that keep me full longer. But the scale is going down so I'll keep pressing on
July 26 - Day 5. Well last night I ate 700 calories over in Fritos and half a Costco chocolate chip cookie 😭😭 then I felt bad so I went for an hour's walk. Enjoyed the walk though. I know my gain this morning is probably salt from those Fritos so I am trying not to focus on it too much. Here's to another day 🥂
July 27 - Day 6. Yesterday I felt in control. I chose healthy options. I drank seven 24oz bottles of water. I took my kids to the park. I stayed within my points range. It was a great day. And it is working. The scale is moving. Now to keep it going in the downward position for the weekend ❣️
July 28 - Day 7. Woke yesterday in a fantastic, in control mood. Went for a nice long walk while everyone slept. It was a beautiful morning. Came home and had my breakfast and sat down 😔 never should of sat. It completely ruined my day. I got lazy, which in turn made me snacky. I got into the Hawkins Cheezies...😔 Oh well. Fresh day today. I will do better today. I am learning being emotional and now bored and lazy are my triggers. Need to come up with a plan!
July 29 - Day 8. Had a great day yesterday. Went to church with my family, went to the park with my girls and went for a walk with my friend. I hate within range (somewhat only over by 50) and even got to have pasta and a garlic bun!! Finished the night off with a herbal tea. It was great. Woke this morning to a great loss!! Love seeing the scale move in the right direction. Here's to another great day today 💃
July 30 - Day 9. Another great day yesterday. Went to work, came home and sent my husband off to his nightshift then took the kids to the park. Instead of sitting at watching them (they are 10&12) I decided to make laps around the playground. Walked just about 7km !! Woke this morning to a fantastic number on the scale. If I can lose half a pound by Thursday morning that will 5lbs in 10 days 🎆 Today I have to speed clean through the house because we leave for 3 weeks vacation tomorrow morning. Fingers and toes crossed that I keep on track!! Really hoping to be 10lbs lighter by September (mini goal for myself).10 -

07/22 189.6 – Bit of a Monday morning bounce. Not a surprise given the sausage, snacks, and wine I had yesterday.
07/23 188.8 – Didn’t post yesterday because storms knocked out power for a while. The winds also took down some large tree branches, tossed around my patio shelter, and blew a large umbrella into the pool. Fortunately, we had no serious damage and once the rain ends it’s supposed to be a gorgeous week. That means I can get back to walking! Met my exercise goal yesterday by cleaning up the yard. Today’s “workout” was trying on clothes. Did some “shopping” in my closets today and scored 7 pairs of pants that now fit, including 4 pairs with tags on them that I bought at a clearance sale in 2017. Yay!
07/24 188.4 – Delightfully cool morning! What a pleasure after last week’s heat and humidity! Walked in the park after class, enjoying the lovely day. Ice cream with the kids put me over on calories, but I was enough under yesterday that it averaged out.
07/25 188.4 – Another lovely day! Got a bunch of chores done after class, and then my daughter and I took the boys to the county fair. We all had a wonderful time! Drank plenty of water and easily met my step goal. I was careful about food choices earlier in the day to allow for some treats, but even so, the bag of zeppoles we bought on the way out might have put me over my calorie limit. Totally worth it though, even if I see a bounce tomorrow. It’s a once-a-summer tradition that my daughter and I share, and we enjoyed every sugar-dusted bite!

07/30 188.6 – Super busy these last few days, so logging has been sketchy and posting has fallen by the wayside. Haven’t made the best food choices in terms of nutritional quality, but I’ve been trying to keep under maintenance calories. Eating out hasn’t helped, but honestly I’ve been choosing fast or lazy options at home. More challenges ahead as I wrap up my summer course next week and prepare for house-guests and our big annual summer party. Need to stock the fridge with some easy but healthy options. One more day in this round. Hoping to sustain a small loss and to catch up on everyone's posts!

07/22 152.8 ~ {Steps 12,666} ~ I jumped right back on the horse after falling Saturday night. We took my grandkids to see Lion King at the drive in. The pizza, popcorn and ice cream jumped my weight a couple pounds. So again, the battle is in to get back in the 140s.

I have taken a couple of rounds with fb due to my daughter getting married and company visiting. In amongst all of that I started a new job. My weight is way up from where I was, so I’m starting to get serious again.
July 22 - 184.5 - nothing to say about this I was hoping to never see the 180’s again.
July 23 - 183.2 - had a good day yesterday
July 24 - 184.6 - had some carbs yesterday, it sure makes a difference
July 24 - 184.4 - another fair day yesterday. I was within my goals.
July 26 - 184.0 - surprising after the way I ate yesterday.

07/22 131 Happy. Ribs yesterday. This is still a new low, even if it's up .5 from yesterday!
07/23 131.5 Ok....Still lower than last round except for the last day, but would prefer not to keep going up! 3 mile run this morning--felt pretty good, and sustained a decent pace! Then went to a really great yoga class!
07/24 131.5 Happy to see that the upward drift stopped. Tried out a new YMCA class--Body Jam. It was a dance class and although I wasn't spot on, I didn't totally embarrass myself and apparently I burned some calories. Then I went for a 4 mile very hilly walk.
07/25 131.5 Yay! This number is still sticking. Was careful yesterday, because Thursday is one of my challenge weigh in days and I wanted to stay low!
07/26 132 No particular reason for this. I ate a little more yesterday, but all healthy and I exercised a ton, so it was all within the counts. Probably a normal bounce.
07/27 131 There we go. I exercised a ton yesterday, with a big deficit. Really looking forward to breaking into the 120's!
07/28 131.5 I went walking yesterday. Then we went to a movie and out for Ethiopian food. So both a higher carb and an "I don't really know how many calories...." day. But had 1000 calories left for dinner, so I was probably ok. Totally fine being up .5 today.
07/29 132 Found leftover chocolate cake in the freezer when I was cleaning it yesterday, so we all had a piece for dessert. Also no TMI (as @quiltingjaine would say!) Hoping the blip up goes away by the end. I'd be happy at 131.xxx as my start weight was a new low.
07/30 133.5 Had a cranky snacking day yesterday. Did a strength class and a zumba class, too, so it wasn't all bad. And didn't go over calories, just way over on carbs!

Hi all, this is my second round and excited to see where this next round takes me. I first started my MFP journey in 2015. I dropped down to 138 pounds and went into maintenance. I was fine for awhile until my world went crazy and exercise was no longer a priority. After putting on over 20 pounds, I got back to working out and calorie counting diligently. I have IBS and no gallbladder, so I stick to a low fat diet. I am also hypothyroid which makes losing weight at times challenging. I keep on trucking because the pot of gold at the end of 🌈 is health and an increased life expectancy.

UG: to love my body; even with stretch marks, cellulite and loose skin. Gain muscle and lower body fat.

07/22 127lbs. Had a good workout 🏋️♀️. Yesterdays forced rest did my body good and I was able to easily knock out two hours of strength and aerobics. Ending my day with a yoga 🧘♀️ session for recovery. Feeling good, even with the scale not moving in a few days.
07/23 128.3lbs. Weight is up, trying not to panic and cut my daily calories. IBS flare up cut my workout short today and sent me home to bed with my heating pad. Crossing my fingers I will be all good tomorrow.
07/24 129lbs (sigh). Went on a ten mile walk with my son. Afterwards, every inch of my body hurt, while my son was still bouncing around full of energy. Lol, I thought he would collapse when we got home, but nope it was mid-30s old me. I did a good stretch drank down my protein shake and took a nap 😴. Hoping to see the scale go down tomorrow 🤞.
07/25 129.9lbs🤦🏽♀️. Up again, but inches are still coming off; just not reflected on the scale. I just increased my protein using shakes, so maybe that’s causing the scale to go up. Had a good walk with my son. It’s a good way to get him away from the tv during the summer. Today, he even asked when are we going on our walk (proud mama). Got in some strength training and recovering with yoga.
07/26 127.9lbs. Finally, the scale is down. It was 🥵 hot today and I didn’t eat much and skipped my walk. I did step aerobics, which kills my glute muscles and some weight training 💪. Tomorrow will brave the heat and walk my 100 blocks.
07/27 127lbs. Busy day; lots of walking logged doing errands. Got some strength training in using my kettlebell and my body is sore. NSV: just realized all my clothes are baggy on me! Shopping trip is in my future. I learned sometimes you have to ignore the scale and go by the measuring tape and pics.
07/28 126.5lbs. The scale is going down but so are my calories. It’s 🥵 outside and the heat is killing my appetite. I got up early and got in my strength training and step aerobics. I than walked four miles to my doctors appt and back. Ending the day with a hot bath for my muscles 💪. My goal for the next week is to make sure my protein intake is up.
07/29 126lbs. Another day of the scale going down 😃. Today was my rest day, so it was sixty minutes of step aerobics and stretching my sore muscles. I tried to up my protein with whey protein and it made me anxious and jittery! I may have force myself to eat more food. Goal for tomorrow 80g of protein.
07/30 125.7lbs. So excited! I bought a size 4 pair of jeans four years ago as motivation, and today, I was able to fit them. I honestly wanted to 😭. I haven’t been in the 120s since middle school. It gave me a boost in my workout 🏋️♀️ today. I did almost two hours of strength training and than step aerobics and finished the day with a walk. My son was with me on the walk and I had a cheat 🍔 at Wendy’s with him.

07/28 384.8 - I am still working on de-cluttering which is going great which is why I am not online as much. Brought some new things at Costco to replace worn out stuff at home. Today I am going to take 30 minutes to do some cleaning. And it is helping me feel better about self and coming home to an organized, fresh smelling apartment is awesome! Now the challenge is to keep it going because I still have a long way to go. This project helps keep my mind off food. My goal to have my place ready my November to have guests over like I use to. I love entertaining and this will be SOOO good for me. I know ultimately, I must do this in order to lose and keep my weight off for good. So, I am ready to get to these core issues with help from God, my therapist, WW and MFP. I am going to do whatever it takes.

I joined MFP on March 27, 2010 weighing in at 388 pounds. I was re-gaining weight and stumbled up on it while trying to get back on track. I was determined never to see 400+ on that scale again for me.
I have been morbidly obese all my life. I have a lifetime of mental and physical scars from obesity. In October 2004 I had Gastric Bypass surgery. WLS (Weight Loss Surgery) was the best gift that I could and did give to myself.
Between 2008 and 2010 I gradually gained back 80 of almost 300 pounds lost initially after weight loss surgery. I never reached my goal weight of 200 pounds. I still managed to keep off over 65 percent of the weight I lost which is very good and I am very proud of my accomplishments since 2004. It has literally changed my life for the better on all levels. I am here to lose re-gained weight and to reach my initial goal weight. I am in no hurry. I am taking this one day at a time and I am in it for the long haul.
Surgery did not fix the head. It is a good tool and the best gift I have given to myself, but it was not the easy way out as many people think. Once the honeymoon period is over after the WLS it is up to the patient to keep the weight off.
On August 29, 2011-- I was admitted to Intensive Out Patient Eating Disorder Program to learn how to manage my binge eating disorder effectively. The program is wonderful indeed and will be instrumental in me reaching all of my goals. The focus of this program was how to eat and not diet. Weight loss was not a goal of the program. I actually gained 20 pounds in program. But I had to get thru a lot of stuff and my the time I was released I had stopped gaining. I was discharged from program on December 3, 2011.

I don't know if you'll see this or if it'll drown out, but have you tried keto? You'll have to get protein, but that together with the fat is a great combination to stay full for a long time. I've come to learn have to choose, either carbs which fills you up fast, but not for long, OR fat which fills you up for a longer period of time. Having both though is a disaster when trying to lose weight.

07/22 133.2 Yay! Back to my lowest low since starting this journey. Thought I'd be up because I got a bit snackish yesterday with nibbles of brownie and a whole donut (though I stuck to my newish method of *savoring* the donut by cutting it into little bites). Fatigue is really doing me in lately, though, so I went to bed early and probably saved myself extra calories I'd have been tempted to eat.
07/23 134.4 Yesterday was ALL salt: steak and corn and homemade macaroni and cheese and baked potatoes, so being up a pound is expected. I liked Monday's 133, honestly, I think it was a fluke because my body has been more or less maintaining 134 for a month now. "Everyone" says it goes slower at the end- yep.
07/24 DNW oops! I live in the U.S. and set the alarm early so I could watch news coverage of Congressional testimony and I totally forgot to go back upstairs to weigh. What can I say, I'm a political nerd!
07/25 133.8 Down a bit. I've had some challenges preventing me from starting the gentle seated strength-building exercises I found on YouTube, so I'm okay if I just cruise along without any real loss this week (if I write that sentiment down, it'll be true, right?) [trying to convince myself]

07/22 - 135.7lb (+0.8lb) OK with this - standard Monday morning increase as had our usual Sunday family roast dinner with dessert (but all within daily calories!) and also a very early weigh in this morning. Had to be up at 430am to get my 16 year old daughters breakfast lunch and dinner sorted and see her off on her work experience at Guys and St Thomas Hospital London. All good though and feeling very motivated, positive and fired up for this round
07/23 - 134.3lb (-1.4lb) so 0.6lb down over the start of the round now my Sunday dinner has worn off All good, heading in the right direction, good food day planned and gym session tonight. And a NSV today - someone at work commented about the weight I had lost - they had noticed by the fact my trousers were so much looser - and on a visit to the ladies I realised I can get my trousers off without undoing them now : 8 days of this round + 1day before I go on holiday to reach my 133 target - its in sight and SSSOOO close ......
07/24 - 134.3lb (0.0lb STS) All good - my usual lose a bit, stabilise then (hopefully) drop a bit more. Plus the gym last night was really hot, so a very sweaty Tabata session and I drank loads of water as a result! All looking good for today food wise - just need to keep drinking as fairly hot here at the minute (mid 30's which is hot by UK standards anyway!)
07/25 - 133.90lb (-0.4lb) WWWOOOOHOOOOO!!!!! Finally hit the 133's (UK Based so this equates to 9.5stone). May have been this weight when I got married 18 years ago but definitely not been back here since then - been close but never here. And made it with still a week to go before my holiday. Intending to stay focused for this last week though as liking how I feel about myself at the moment weight wise and also being in control
07/26 - 134.4lb (+0.5lb) OK scales that is just mean Weird day yesterday as it was ssoo hot and humid here (hit the high 30's) but still went to the gym. Drank loads and loads of water yesterday and ate late because of the heat and its not unusual for me to drop weight then fluctuate a bit up and down. Still happy and focused which is the main thing !
07/27 - 133.0lb (-1.4lb) Water weight and a whoosh to get me exactly to my target!!! Got a lovely screen message on myfitnesspal this morning declaring me at my target - which I had forgotten I'd even set on there
So a lovely start to the weekend and will be happy to sit here till the round end as then off on my holidays. No doubt will end up putting a bit of weight on while away but this is a great place to start my holidays Go me!!!
07/28 - 134.3lb (+1.3lb) Follows an afternoon and evening round a friends with my Aussie friend and her family which involved a couple of alcoholic drinks, carbonated water and drinks and (although I'm pretty sure I wasn't massively over my calories for the day) too many snacky / buffet lunch carb laden foods. Feel a bit bloated from it too...
07/29 - 135.6lb (+1.3lb) Hubbys birthday and the usual family Sunday roast so as per most Monday mornings my weight is up.... TOM is due too ..... But every intention of being back at 133 within a few days before I head off on holiday Friday.
07/30 - 135.4lb (-0.2lb) All heading in the right direction again - ate well yesterday and all looking fine for today with a gym PT session this evening booked in. Hoping for the whoosh tomorrow back down to 133 ......
07/31 - 133.8lb (-1.6lb) And there's the whoosh - my body can be so predictable (sometimes!!!) Glad to finish this last round before my holiday at 133 which was my round target and my holiday target from months ago
I will still weigh in at home tomorrow but wont start round 85 on here as I'm off on holiday for 3 weeks but will be back towards the end of Round 87 to undo the inevitable holiday damage that Croatia and Italy will do to me - too much amazing cheese, wine, pasta, seafood, gelato, truffles, olive oil and bread - in fact my mouth is watering now just thinking about it!

07/22 65.0 kg. I've lost 23kg {50.7 lbs} in 199 days! IF isn't making me delighted but I am getting loose skin so I'm trying to get rid of that. Also doing pilates and bodyweight training on alternate days. And I nearly forgot to say... I'm loving being on holiday somewhere beautiful!
07/23 65.0kg twice in a row makes it real and its day 200 so I'm very happy. IF going a bit better as it helped having a carpenter in the house blocking access to the fridge! Pilates was tough yesterday and pushup and squats happening later today.
07/24 65.1kg which isn't a problem. Pilates later today and I'll walk down to the beach for a swim. Barely moved out of the house with the plumbers and carpenters here.
07/25 65.0kg with a very short swim and some pilates yesterday. IF is getting easier. Today's plan is a repeat of yesterday's with the addition of a fish lunch as we saw the catch come in yesterday. I'd love to post pics but it only allows me to do it on the pc at work which is far away!

07/22 - 163.6 (0.0) Start of a new week, I'm pleased I've got my bike repaired so I'll be getting my cardio workouts done! This week is suppose to be the hottest week in history of Belgium (40C) with no air-conditioning, so exercising is going to be an issue
07/23 - 162.4 (-1.2) Cool! The weekend weight has dropped off, probably due to a lot of cycling yesterday! Cycled again this morning, which was quite difficult has it's already really hot (30C) and arrived at work looking like a beetroot! I've got some nice meals planned for the day and a massage appointment this evening with my physiotherapist as I had back problems recently.
07/24 - 162.4 (0.0) Stable so no complaint. I'll be taking it easy today and tomorrow as we're having a heatwave, 36 today and 39 planned tomorrow. I'm using my electric bike as it's too hot for the normal one (no showers at the office) With this heat I'm not sleeping too well so I have to resist carb cravings! Oh and I actually binned some chocolate which I was offered by someone who knew I was on a diet... it had half melted with this heat so the I couldn't even offer it to someone! I thought that if I started I wasn't going to stop so I put it in the bin

07/26 162.4 (+0.6) No surprise and totally expected, I caved last night with a +400 calories (700 if you don't count step activities). I was too hot and tired and couldn't be bothered to eat a proper meal so I grazed all evening from the fridge. I did count it all though to stay accountable. The weather is supposed to get better this evening. I haven't done any sports either for 3 days, it's too hot and there are queues to swimming pools as they've reached their quotas. Today is another day !

This is the first time I've tried a normal calorie restrictive diet (not IF, WW, paleo, or kato etc...) and I'm loosing without fuss.
07/28 - 161.6 (0.0) Status quo, seeing that I went out for dinner last night it's good. I've already lost my round goal weight and I'm working at keeping this till the next round Otherwise I'm super tired after a busy weekend and hurting all over due to arthritis, I think the heat brought it on. I'm hoping it'll be better for the week ahead so I can do some sports. But I really need to stay on track, the weight loss will really help with the arthritis !

07/22 – 144.5 – First morning after get-away weekend.
07/23 – 144.5 – Back to work after a long weekend away. Will try to stick to weight loss calories and plenty of water to get my weight back down a couple pounds.
07/24 – 144 – Evidently, the weight I gained this weekend was not all water, but at least it’s going down.
07/25 – 142.5 – Well, it took a while, but there is my water whoosh from the weekend. Yay!
07/26 – 142.5 – I’m glad this stuck from yesterday. I’m going to eat a little less at work today to prepare for my weekend indulgences.

07/28 – 142 – I ate light and healthy up until supper yesterday, so I’m happy with this weight for a Sunday morning, but my cheeseburger and onion rings may catch up with me tomorrow.
07/29 – 143.5 – Saturday night did catch up with me. Water, water, water.

07/31 – 142.5 – Right in the middle of my maintenance weight…perfect.

07/25 ~ 203/ I am loving this! I wanted to snack last night while watching t.v. but so glad I didn’t…and no adult beverages
07/26 ~ 203.2/ Up 0.2…don’t like to see it go in that direction but it’s not horrible. Ironic that yesterday I exercised for 45 mins for the first time in a little bit and then my body stops losing…but, if I am going to weigh myself every day I have to be able to handle fluctuations without letting it get me down. Halfway to ten days with no extra calories from alcohol and that is awesome!
07/27 ~ 202.6/ That’s better! Wss really very tired yesterday, no energy and very emotional…I’m thinking maybe too few calories, barely had 1000 all week. I upped my calories yesterday, still lost and feel better this morning. I think I’m going to change my goal from 1200 to 1500 for a bit and see how that feels. No adult beverages last night, yay!
07/28 ~ 202/ Yesterday was a great day! I did not increase my calorie intake…I actually felt bad when I went to eat more so I didn’t, weird. Anyway, a Saturday night with no cocktails – a big victory
07/29 ~ 201.6/ Another great day yesterday – was under my calorie goal, fought the urge to snack while watching t.v. before bed, and didn’t have any adult beverages
07/30 ~ 202.4/ Darnit! Hate to see that…again, I biked for 45 mins yesterday and then a gain today…what the heck?! I did eat a little more yesterday…but no alcohol last night

-3.8 lbs in 10 days…I am ecstatic!! So glad I found this thread. Debating whether to go another round, for some reason it felt like a long ten days and I found myself becoming obsessed with food and calories.

07/22 168.1 I'm a little bummed I didn't make my goal for Round 83. I really felt like I was retaining water the entire Round from my trip to Colorado and maybe still now. Two excellent parts of this weekend. Saturday morning I spent with my great-niece. We played in the shade at the park for almost an hour before it got too hot. Sunday it cooled down (heat index in the 110 area Saturday afternoon) after a storm and I walked 3 miles in the morning then met a girlfriend and walked 3.5 yesterday evening. It was beautiful, about 80 degrees and breezy.
I was glad she was with me because there was a crazy homeless guy on the trail. He just muttered to himself when he passed us so we didn't think too much about it other than it's very sad. When we turned around to go back he had stopped along the trail and unpacked his stuff all over the path. Which was very weird but not dangerous. Unfortunately, he had also started a fire in the woods burning a bunch of cables and other things that was giving off a chemical smell. Once we got well passed we called the fire department, about 5 minutes later we saw the truck and stopped them to explain where it was since there wasn't an address. He said don't worry, we saw the smoke already. It's so sad but at the same time, you don't know what people are going to do or what brought them to this terrible place.
07/23 169.1 After my 6.5 miles the day before I wasn't going to walk last night but it was soooooo nice that I had to walk a little. Just two miles in the neighborhood with my dog. The weight is TOM. Time will fix this problem. Meanwhile, it's CI/CO. Focus on health and not weight, blah blah blah. I found this link in another thread about water retention that I thought might help some. It helped me. I thought I had beat the water retention game but the last few weeks I haven't been able to lose the water. I think it's because of stress. I am VERY stressed right now with my home life. It did give me some mental relief that I wasn't going crazy.
07/24 169.9 This should drop in a few days. I walked three + miles last night. The weather is unseasonably pleasant. Usually, the end of July first of August is the hottest part of the year but we've got a week in the 80s with mild humidity. This is a small miracle for Missouri. It should be gym night but I'm struggling because it's beautiful outside.
07/25 167.7 Whooosh two stinky pounds! Happy days! I did go to the gym last night because it was 92 when I got off. I brought the clothes to go walking tonight. I didn't travel this week, and right now it doesn't look like I'm going anywhere next week. That should help with water retention. When it wasn't too hot and I could break up the drive with a walk in the middle it helped a little (I think).
07/26 167.7 All good. Walked my 3 miles last night on a trail I haven't been on in a few months. It's lovely for about a mile and boring for the rest. Within calorie goals even with a strawberry ice cream crunch I did have Chinese for lunch yesterday so I expected some water retention but it didn't happen. OR this weight does include water ??? Probably not but you can't blame a girl for trying

07/27 168.1 Walked one short mile in the woods but I got my friend to go with me. The rest of the day was a blur, shopping lunch, housework, grocery store, birthday party.
7/28 168.9 Too many birthday party snacks last night. It's hard to walk away from freshly made guacamole. Walked 3.5 miles with my Dusty dog in the woods. I wish it wouldn't have been so hot, I could have walked a lot more. The rest of the day doing housework and visiting with the kids and the baby.
7/29 No Scale I know I was over yesterday too. This birthday weekend thing is harder than anticipated. I went over both days. I guess I'll find out tomorrow what it means for the end of the round. One more dinner tonight and then I'm done with birthdays for another year.
AMEND: My coworkers had a surprise food day for my birthday. So two more meals but they made healthy snacks. I love the fact that they are honoring my lifestyle change (and not my diet).
07/30 169.9 I had hope for a nice drop this round but it's not going to happen. I was good on my B-Day but the three days before were bad. You only turn 50 once might as well have some good food. Back on target yesterday and today. This birthday was unnecessarily stressful. Most birthdays come and go, but everyone wanted to do something special for this one. The only person I really wanted to celebrate with (BF) was too sick to do anything. I'm heading out of town for work tomorrow and he's got the ok from his doc to travel so he's going with me. I used to travel with him a lot and work from the hotel, this is a change where he comes with me and works from my hotel. I just hope this time of us both traveling all the time will slow down a little, I need it to for my own sanity.
07/31 167.4 After all my whining and water drinking yesterday, I made my goal for the round!!!! Right on the dot. I don’t know if it made a difference but I’m glad I walked 3 miles late last night. It was hot but not too humid.10 -
I am back for this round and took several rounds off, but I don’t have the grand kids for 2 weeks and want to get back to tracking. I am not concentrating on anything but just getting back on track. I was finally able to get at least 2 walks in already that have been 2 hours long, happy about this. 07/26 - 195.4 I am pleased with this but have been doing a lot of walking and still sore from yesterday. I walked 4 miles at our middle school track and a total of 2 miles to and back home. Plus another hour and a half cleaning (dusting, vacuuming and scrubbing bathroom)I am sore so rest today and probably the weekend. I still have a ways to go to lose the few extra pounds I put on.
07/27 – 198.8 I am struggling, I have been struggling for a couple months. I will get this and get a handle on things.
07/28 – 199.8 I have to get this eating under control, it is hurting me and derailing my progress. Step stressing it will eventually get better!
