First timer here! Trying to stay on track after being off for many months and getting re-focused at the beginning in this month.

07/22 - 236.7 - this is a mini-reset for me; was not strict with what I ate this weekend (still at a deficit but lots of sodium I am positive!) Today is about getting back on plan and getting in my water
07/23 - 236.5 - still feel a bit of water weight for the weekend hanging around but went to the gym for the first time this week this morning - 4:30am workouts are truly my favorite
07/24 - 236.2 - scale is begrudgingly inching downward 😂 I’ll take it tho; gym this AM again
07/25 - 234.6 - there we go! My body loves holding on to water weight! Yesterday was actually not the best day, all-day snacking hand me over my calorie goal and closer to maintenance calories; today will be better - no work out this morning, may do something at home later.

I am back for this round and took several rounds off, but I don’t have the grand kids for 2 weeks and want to get back to tracking. I am not concentrating on anything but just getting back on track. I was finally able to get at least 2 walks in already that have been 2 hours long, happy about this. 07/26 - 195.4 I am pleased with this but have been doing a lot of walking and still sore from yesterday. I walked 4 miles at our middle school track and a total of 2 miles to and back home. Plus another hour and a half cleaning (dusting, vacuuming and scrubbing bathroom)I am sore so rest today and probably the weekend. I still have a ways to go to lose the few extra pounds I put on.

07/22 - 163.6 (0.0) Start of a new week, I'm pleased I've got my bike repaired so I'll be getting my cardio workouts done! This week is suppose to be the hottest week in history of Belgium (40C) with no air-conditioning, so exercising is going to be an issue
07/23 - 162.4 (-1.2) Cool! The weekend weight has dropped off, probably due to a lot of cycling yesterday! Cycled again this morning, which was quite difficult has it's already really hot (30C) and arrived at work looking like a beetroot! I've got some nice meals planned for the day and a massage appointment this evening with my physiotherapist as I had back problems recently.
07/24 - 162.4 (0.0) Stable so no complaint. I'll be taking it easy today and tomorrow as we're having a heatwave, 36 today and 39 planned tomorrow. I'm using my electric bike as it's too hot for the normal one (no showers at the office) With this heat I'm not sleeping too well so I have to resist carb cravings! Oh and I actually binned some chocolate which I was offered by someone who knew I was on a diet... it had half melted with this heat so the I couldn't even offer it to someone! I thought that if I started I wasn't going to stop so I put it in the bin

07/26 162.4 (+0.6) No surprise and totally expected, I caved last night with a +400 calories (700 if you don't count step activities). I was too hot and tired and couldn't be bothered to eat a proper meal so I grazed all evening from the fridge. I did count it all though to stay accountable. The weather is supposed to get better this evening. I haven't done any sports either for 3 days, it's too hot and there are queues to swimming pools as they've reached their quotas. Today is another day !
07/27 161.6 (-0.8) Down we go again! The weekend has started so I need to plan and watch out ! I'm really pleased to see the numbers going down, shows that consistency is the way to go. This is the first time I've tried a normal calorie restrictive diet (not IF, WW, paleo, or kato etc...) and I'm loosing without fuss.
07/28 - 161.6 (0.0) Status quo, seeing that I went out for dinner last night it's good. I've already lost my round goal weight and I'm working at keeping this till the next round Otherwise I'm super tired after a busy weekend and hurting all over due to arthritis, I think the heat brought it on. I'm hoping it'll be better for the week ahead so I can do some sports. But I really need to stay on track, the weight loss will really help with the arthritis !

07/25 209 lbs I've got to pick one scale and a time of day and be consistent... I've weighed on 4 different scales with wildly different results. This is what I got today. Not gonna freak out. Had a GREAT workout - it was my break in with my trainer and I'm excited to work with her.
07/26 205.9 lbs I'm going to use my home scale, since I have access to it most easily. I checked it in 3 different locations (old house, floors not always level - lol) and got this each time. Wonderful walk with dogs this morning. Looking forward to a fun evening - going to see Billy Joel in concert. I'll not go crazy, but I'm also going to enjoy dinner and drinks and have fun.

Halfway to ten days with no extra calories from alcohol and that is awesome!

I upped my calories yesterday, still lost and feel better this morning. I think I’m going to change my goal from 1200 to 1500 for a bit and see how that feels. No adult beverages last night, yay!

07/30 - 156.3 - Not surprised. Could barely walk around so shopping and cooking were out of the question and just had some macaroni and cheese. Not the greatest but I was so hungry. I have a little more mobility without pain (I can kinda sorta bend my knee without sharp pain through my quad) so maybe tonight I'll be able to get some food and cook something up. I believe we have a "welcome lunch" for our new engineer so I didn't pack anything for lunch (not that I had anything to pack). Hopefully I can stay on track with water, as well.

Previous day's comments for R8407/22 - BF had a double header softball game last night (and every Sunday for the next 5-6 weeks, I think) so by the time we got back and got food, I decided to stay. We had some scrambled eggs for brunch (it was around 11am) and didn't eat again until after the game (830pm). Stopped at McDonald's just because he was so sore and tired and I wanted to get home to shower and go to sleep at a decent time. Not very healthy but within calories due to not eating anything else all day. Next time I'll bring cash for the concessions (didn't think they'd have it open) and maybe pack something. I was also watching 2 kids while their mom played so I wouldn't have time to eat anyway. Their dad will be back from the business trip for the remainder of the games so I'll have some freedom from kids.
07/23 - BF traded in the old truck for a new one last night and needed cosigner (ex destroyed his credit) so I went and helped him then he got me dinner with the kids. They love the new truck (as do I) and hope it doesn't have the issues the previous one had. Another night of not enough sleep and no weigh in. I feel like crap, though. My stomach hurts so bad and I'm not entirely sure why. My jaw definitely does so I've been grinding my teeth worse than normal again. Gotta figure out how to stop that (wearing a guard only makes me chew/grind harder). Going to try to stay on track with food and get more water today. Plus, I have no reason to go to BF's tonight so hopefully I can get decent sleep.
07/24 - Definitely had the worst case of heartburn last night (not even antacids did anything) so I stopped at the gas station to get something to drink and ended up being lured in by the personal pizzas. Still within calories but barely. And holy sodium. Thinking I need to see my provider and get back on those meds since my stomach LOVES producing too much acid. My dad is the same way, such is life. Don't have anything for lunch today as I'm POOR. Like I have to choose between paying rent and grocery shopping. Eek. So boxed macaroni and cheese it is...
07/25 - Just plain forgot. Power went out last night so I had to run around and reset everything this morning. No idea what caused it as we didn't have storms or anything. I knew something woke me up around that time but I didn't notice what it was until this morning when my stove and microwave were flashing. I'm exhausted, I just want to sleep. Off tomorrow, just gotta take my Jeep in for its recall. Hopefully I can sleep okay tonight since I'll be at my BF's. Feeling bloated and bleh but I'm in poor girl status and just happened to have some frozen ground beef, a can of sloppy joe, and some tortillas. Plus my neighbor made me a taco from his leftovers so I don't starve. I'm assuming salt and not enough water. I'll bounce back.

07/29 - Spent weekend at boyfriends. Fairly active. They needed a female batter at BF's softball game yesterday (as to avoid automatic out) and I was only one wearing shoes, not sandals. I ACTUALLY HIT THE BALL! I've never attempted to hit a softball and only just tried to hit a baseball on Thursday. And I got us to first base! I got a courtesy runner and she was the one to score our only point that game. Buuuuut I tore my quad. Or at least severely strained it. I'm hurting so bad. Could barely sleep.

Round 84 Goals:
- My son turns 2 at the end of the week! The party is done, but we'll still be doing some celebrating this weekend, so I'll still be a little flexible on the end of the round goal. But I'd like to be focused and eat well on the week days.
- I saw 145.xx on the scale last round - I'd love to see it again! My pre-pregnancy weight was 145ish, so it's really exciting to be back to seeing these numbers.
- Keep up daytime water (3 tumblers), workouts (3x per week), and add in some walking (either during lunch or after work with the kiddo/dog).

07/22 - 148.4 Went to a mimosa brunch with family yesterday and indulged a bit too much! Feeling very bloated and dehydrated and SORE from a weight lifting class back on Friday, so hopefully some good choices today will get me back on the right path.
07/23 - 148.8 Ah that's never fun to see an increase after a day where everything went right! Yesterday I stuck to my food, water, and had a great kickboxing workout. But I'm trusting the process and keeping the course today, hoping that my body just needs another day to sort itself out from the weekend.
07/24 -147.6 That feels good to see a number moving down again! Once I left work, it was pouring raining, so we weren't able to get an evening walk in. Instead I brought my son to Trader Joe's, and we shopped for some groceries (since I didn't do a big run at the beginning of the week) and honestly wrangling a toddler around a store probably burns more calories than just walking anyway! We made tacos for dinner, which I supplemented with some roasted broccoli and cauliflower, and it was really good for a last minute thrown together meal! And I got supplies to make a nice healthy dinner tonight too! The weather is actually nice after all that rain, so we're planning to take advantage of that and go enjoy some time outside this evening.
07/25 - 147.0 Ah, very happy with this one! Yesterday, I went out with a coworker friend for lunch, which used to be my undoing. I would eat so much while catching up! So we picked a place where I could track my meal, and I only ate half of it because it was big, and I skipped snacks in the afternoon. After work, I took a walk around the neighborhood. It was only half an hour, but it got us out of the house and moving a little.
And then dinner was a nice and healthy but still delicious (and really quick and easy and basically all from Trader Joe's): pesto-marinated chicken breasts cooked on the grill with a bunch of grape tomatoes, some couscous, and my faaave griddled halloumi cheese! It's for foods like these that I really love love calorie counting...I was able to weigh the cheese out and a have a reasonable amount that fit within my goals as part of my dinner. I didn't pass it up in the store because I'm on a "diet," and I didn't allow myself to eat the whole thing because I love it and it just came back in season at TJs. I had just enough to satisfy and still see a drop the next day! Back to the gym tonight!
07/26 - 145.8 Today was my son’s birthday! I gave birth two years ago (and checked into the hospital weighing 205 pounds), and I can proudly say I’m back to my pre-pregnancy weight! We had a very fun day including a homemade cake and a dinner out, so the scale might reflect that in the morning, but it’s nothing I can’t deal with!

07/30 - 148.4 Yesterday's eating was on point, went to the gym for a great sweaty boxing session and I was rewarded with a nice little drop. Even though I have a good plan for today, I still don't think I'll see a big drop tomorrow to close out the round, but that's alright! I knew this would be a tough round and it's good to just come out without gaining any weight.

07/25 209 lbs I've got to pick one scale and a time of day and be consistent... I've weighed on 4 different scales with wildly different results. This is what I got today. Not gonna freak out. Had a GREAT workout - it was my break in with my trainer and I'm excited to work with her.
07/26 205.9 lbs I'm going to use my home scale, since I have access to it most easily. I checked it in 3 different locations (old house, floors not always level - lol) and got this each time. Wonderful walk with dogs this morning. Looking forward to a fun evening - going to see Billy Joel in concert. I'll not go crazy, but I'm also going to enjoy dinner and drinks and have fun.

07/22 - 135.7lb (+0.8lb) OK with this - standard Monday morning increase as had our usual Sunday family roast dinner with dessert (but all within daily calories!) and also a very early weigh in this morning. Had to be up at 430am to get my 16 year old daughters breakfast lunch and dinner sorted and see her off on her work experience at Guys and St Thomas Hospital London. All good though and feeling very motivated, positive and fired up for this round
07/23 - 134.3lb (-1.4lb) so 0.6lb down over the start of the round now my Sunday dinner has worn off All good, heading in the right direction, good food day planned and gym session tonight. And a NSV today - someone at work commented about the weight I had lost - they had noticed by the fact my trousers were so much looser - and on a visit to the ladies I realised I can get my trousers off without undoing them now : 8 days of this round + 1day before I go on holiday to reach my 133 target - its in sight and SSSOOO close ......
07/24 - 134.3lb (0.0lb STS) All good - my usual lose a bit, stabilise then (hopefully) drop a bit more. Plus the gym last night was really hot, so a very sweaty Tabata session and I drank loads of water as a result! All looking good for today food wise - just need to keep drinking as fairly hot here at the minute (mid 30's which is hot by UK standards anyway!)
07/25 - 133.90lb (-0.4lb) WWWOOOOHOOOOO!!!!! Finally hit the 133's (UK Based so this equates to 9.5stone). May have been this weight when I got married 18 years ago but definitely not been back here since then - been close but never here. And made it with still a week to go before my holiday. Intending to stay focused for this last week though as liking how I feel about myself at the moment weight wise and also being in control
07/26 - 134.4lb (+0.5lb) OK scales that is just mean Weird day yesterday as it was ssoo hot and humid here (hit the high 30's) but still went to the gym. Drank loads and loads of water yesterday and ate late because of the heat and its not unusual for me to drop weight then fluctuate a bit up and down. Still happy and focused which is the main thing !
07/27 - 133.0lb (-1.4lb) Water weight and a whoosh to get me exactly to my target!!! Got a lovely screen message on myfitnesspal this morning declaring me at my target - which I had forgotten I'd even set on there
So a lovely start to the weekend and will be happy to sit here till the round end as then off on my holidays. No doubt will end up putting a bit of weight on while away but this is a great place to start my holidays Go me!!!
07/28 - 134.3lb (+1.3lb) Follows an afternoon and evening round a friends with my Aussie friend and her family which involved a couple of alcoholic drinks, carbonated water and drinks and (although I'm pretty sure I wasn't massively over my calories for the day) too many snacky / buffet lunch carb laden foods. Feel a bit bloated from it too...
07/29 - 135.6lb (+1.3lb) Hubbys birthday and the usual family Sunday roast so as per most Monday mornings my weight is up.... TOM is due too ..... But every intention of being back at 133 within a few days before I head off on holiday Friday.

7/22 121.0 Last night Shrimp Scampi with Zoodles for dinner and 1/2c Halo Top mint chip for dessert - it was quite good. I even had a glass of dry white wine! Raining today
7/23 121.5 We were slugs yesterday. Made Keto donuts in the morning and had broccoli sautéed in garlic butter and hot dogs for supper followed by salad.
7/24 121.5 Went to Sam’s Club again yesterday. They had some denim shorts I found acceptable. I’ve been wearing size 6 which is now too big so bought 4 and 6’s since they are a different brand. The 4’s are perfect! I am over the moon!! Never have I bought a size 4 IN MY LIFE! Best NSV ever!
NEVER GIVE UP! You can surprise yourself! I have.
7/25 121.0 Last night for dinner we made Beef and Broccoli from Wholesome Yum. Very good!!
7/26 120.5 DGD#2 is coming to Tulsa to help her other grandmother pack this weekend. @Mbabydoll and I are meeting her at the movies to see “Yesterday.” Popcorn will be involved!
7/27 120.5 Ate well saving carbs for the anticipated popcorn. Shared a small bag with DD. It was supposed to have “extra butter” but barely had a splotch on the top. I was 1 carb over my total macro. There may be some delayed reaction to this plus we are meeting DGD for lunch today.
7/28 122.0 Probably the popcorn from Friday evening movie. Woke up before 3:30AM for no apparent reason. Tried to go back to sleep but gave up at 4:30. Gonna be a long day. Sigh
7/29 120.5. Bye bye popcorn. Made yummy Keto lasagna yesterday, recipe said 4 servings, we cut it into 6 but think 8 would be better.
7/30 120.5 DD had follow up at doctor yesterday-all is well. Permission to drive and go to the gym for very light lifting gradually increasing to 15# and treadmill. We made Keto butter chicken last night for dinner.11 -

07/25 – 136.0 – tired of this number!
07/26 – 136.4 – barely got 1000 calories again yesterday
07/27 – 135.2 – finally some downward progress, and when I ate more calories
07/28 – 136.0 – again! I’m sure I did a little too much “sampling” while baking yesterday
07/29 – 136.8 – yesterday was our anniversary so I had some extra calories/carbs

07/26 - 228.2 - Just had lunch at this mom and pop place by my work. The most I've eaten for lunch in a while, but everything is made from scratch and was delicious. I regret nothing! Just going to have to hit up boot camp in the morning.
07/27- 227.2
07/28- didn't weigh in but went to a Zumba class and walked over 13,000 steps.
07/29 - 228.6 - Went to another Zumba Class first big fluctuation in the 10 days... Interesting. I wonder if it's because I sweat a lot on Sunday. Maybe I didn't have enough water after the hot day.
07/30 - 227.4 - Strong by Zumba (I'm sensing a pattern) - Using my gym membership again feels good. I steeped some flaxseed with my tea yesterday and let the fiber do its job. I guess we know where that fluctuation came from
