Enjoyed a nice vacation month in July, now I’m ready to go hard. Realistically my loss rate might be starting to slow down. I had been hoping to keep my 5lb per month rate going for a little longer, lol two more months and I’ll be at 100lbs gone.
My body might have other plans but I’ll get there in how ever long it takes.
