Enjoyed a nice vacation month in July, now I’m ready to go hard. Realistically my loss rate might be starting to slow down. I had been hoping to keep my 5lb per month rate going for a little longer, lol two more months and I’ll be at 100lbs gone.
My body might have other plans but I’ll get there in how ever long it takes.18 -

Thoughts: July was a "flat" month with a small gain. I have a decent starting weight
August Game Plan & Goals:- Continue weekly meal planning
- Log daily in MFP - focus on daily calorie deficit goal of 500
- No calorie intake after 8pm
- Hit Fitbit step goal of 5000 -
- Hit active minutes goal of 25 minutes daily -
- Hit strength building exercise goal of 6 days -

I've been doing keto and working out but fell off the wagon for the month of July. I ended up gaining some weight back but I'm ready to get back to dieting and working out regularly!

I would love to make my goal of 140 this month. Saw 141.7 last week of July once and then boom never again. I spiked back up to 143/144, so hoping it will go back down and get comfortable there. I guess we will see what August brings us! Good luck everyone!

I did it! Got a call from my sister in law just as I was wrapping up my work day. She was going to be near my home - did I want to meet her at my local park and do the 2 mile trail? It would have been so easy to say no, that I was exhausted. It's Thursday, and I'm already in overtime. I bucked up and I did it, because this is what it takes. I'm am not going to hit my goals if I don't push myself out of this funk. First time in a month that I've hit all 8 of my Fitbit goals. ✊13

Weighing-in on Saturday to begin my last detox for the summer season!! I'm pumped for this one. Unlike July, I had too many distractions which prevented me from completing my detox. Now, I'm super focused because this is my final detox until my next one which might be at the end of the year or January of next year.
I'm going to push hard and finish strong!
I need this summer season to really work for me!
