08/01: 161 (0.0) No change there... Not feeling too good lately, the rheumatologist has added an extra drug for the next 6 months and I know from past experience that it'll be hard going with weight loss this medication makes me nauseous and I get the munchies at the same time with it. I've changed to goals to just sticking to my recommended calorie intake for this round.
08/02: 161 (0.0) Another Status Quo, I think I'm at a plateau which is going to be hard to break through as I'm not doing as much exercise for the moment! Tomorrow, if all goes well, I'll try some static aerobic and that'll be my goal for tomorrow with the 1200 cal intake
08/03: 161 (0.0) Still status quo, a bit frustrating. I did go over by 100 yesterday when I nibbled on carrots at 10 pm but I was starving lol Today's another day, I'm still sick so taking it easy. I'm not expecting any miracles for tomorrow I will try and get my water in though!
08/04: 161 (0.0) same weight for the 4th day, that number is digging it's heals in! Yesterday all I did was sleep anyway so I couldn't have used up much energy. Did stay in my 1200 cal. About the same today as still sick and I need to get into shape for work tomorrow.
08/05: 161 (0.0) 5th day ! Humpfff, ok I did have a rice dish for dinner last night! I'll try and have my main meal at lunch time today and a smaller meal this evening

08/06: 160.4 (-0.6) At last, although I think my scales have issues, it's brand new but anyway... I'm happy with this result, I hope now that I might be able to get to my CGW this time. I went for a short run/walk yesterday and it did me good, although it was - I have to admit - really painful I'm more determined than before to loose weight as I think it'll help with my RA and I might be able to stop taking this second medication

08/05 – 190.0 - starting again. I’ve gained 5 pounds, but kept 10 off. I’ll be working on C25K three days a week. Signing up for a 5K on Oct. 26.
08/06 – 188.9 – good start. Recorded all food, no alcohol, drank all my water, and did first day of C25K.

08/01: 212. Facing the reality of a 10lbs gain since April. Need to shake it off & lose it & continue losing as much as possible until vacation in October

08/02:210.8. Finally had an on track day! Caught a cold & TOM, but managed hot Yoga & did not snack.

08/03:211.8. Not sure why I popped back up. Could be the store bought soup DH brought for me because I am sick. We are having a party today so it is a free day. Hopefully the scale is kind…

08/04: 212.8. Oops the scale was not kind. No biggie. I know lack of sleep, is the biggest factor here. I am debating starting a 3 day fast to see if I can kick this cold to the curb…

08/05: 210. I didn’t fast yesterday. We spent the day cleaning up from the party & relaxing. I got a pretty good night sleep which is reflected on the scale

08/06:. 210. I ate well yesterday & went to hot yoga. . I probably would have had a drop on the scale if I had slept. I had a horrible night sleep & have to work today. It is going to be a long day...

8/1 119.5 Did beef and butter fast yesterday in support of my daughter. I really don’t want to lose more weight. Will see how these 3 days go. Going to the gym and the pool today and sewing.
8/2 120.5 Added a salad and some veg to my beef and butter. Went to the gym but it was raining so no pool and sun - until after we were home and showered! And it’s raining right now!

08/01 - 200.4 - Been sitting at ~200 for weeks now. Eat a pretty consistent 2300 calories 5-6 days a week and do quite a bit of HIIT cardio + lifting.
08/02 - 201.2 - Not surprised at all..ate a bit more than usual.
08/03 -198.4 - Ehh..went out to drink that night and threw up a lot so lost a lot of water weight.
08/04 - 207 - There we go...recovering from hangover and ate a lot.
08/05 - 203.4 - Back on track
08/06 - 199.6 - Keeping it clean. Yeah, I know my weight fluctuates like crazy.

8/1 No Scale Didn't exercise yesterday but I should have time tonight. I did stay within calories and not too bad on sodium - even got in more water than I normally do on travel days. Probably won't exercise tomorrow unless the weather cooperates enough to get in an evening walk after the four-hour drive. I'm enjoying my time with the BF. He's back on the road next week, so I will savor this time.

8/2 No Scale Walked/hiked three after work then went to dinner. It's very hard not to overeat at a tapas place with a Spanish boyfriend. He wants to try everything! I am not complaining just stating reality Obviously, I had to do some serious estimations when I logged it but I think I did ok. The good thing is you only eat half of anything and there are loads of veggies. My favorite were these fried plantains chips with black beans and chimichurri. I wish I knew the exact numbers on them, I'd go back just for those. Happy Friday everyone. Hug 'em if you got 'em

8/3 167.4 I’m fine with this. Driving yesterday and not exercising, eating at weird times, and this after spending two days eating every meal with a well-intentioned BF. I’m pretty happy today. Just finished walking 5 miles and I’m taking my recovering friend to lunch and grocery shopping.

8/4 169.0 WTH? Has to be water cause I didn't eat enough calories to gain 1.6 pounds overnight. It's just the roller coaster doing its thing.

8/5 169.0 OK, still the dang roller coaster. I walked 3 last night and had a mug cake for dessert after. That's 350 calories not enough to gain 1.6 pounds. Since I'm on the roller coaster, I suppose I have to roll with it. Gym or walking tonight??? Probably gym since I didn't make it one-night last week. Let's take Monday by the horns.

8/6 168.1 Better. Did not go to the gym or walk. Too many errands after work, then it was too late to walk. I could have gone to the gym late but it literally just occurred to me. When I was done with everything at 8:00 it was too late to walk (it would be dark before I got done) but I could have taken my lazy butt to the gym. OK. Lesson learned. I had this idea in my head that I could only go to the gym after work. That's dumb. My gym is open 24 hours. Monday got the best of me yesterday, but Tuesday will be MINE!

Thank you. I didn’t know that the 200s had a name, but I’m looking forward to getting there after this bounce/stall set. I’m just happy that it happened before I got into the 200s. I should be nicely into them before the next one happens.

My highest weight was 197# at 5’4”. I’m 48 years old.
I was 189# when I first started keto (1/1/18), and had gotten down to 150# before I let life interrupt me.

8/1 - 159.5 - started beef & butter yesterday. Not angry about the weight loss. Am over the headache I had last night.
8/2 - 159 - worked out yesterday, so I have some water retention, but that’s expected. Staying the course with beef & butter.

Not at my lowest yet, but at least the weekend weight has come off. Will break my fast tonight at dinner. Let’s see what happens tomorrow. 48h doesn’t feel so bad anymore. It’s very interesting to see how it’s changed from struggling with 16h, when I counted the hours from the moment I woke up. 😂
