Hey, is it too late to join? I already lost more than 20 lbs. since June and I need a little more push for me to reach my goal. Also, do we just post the final statistics with your template on Dec. 1st? Count me in if you can2

Hi All,
Random thought I had yesterday, I managed to get into a top I havent worn for 2yrs,which was a yay moment.And I know I've a long way to go but I felt fat yesterday and believe me even at my heaviest I've never had that feeling and it sort of put a downer on the feel good factor,and I sort of felt like why am I even bothering,but I was good I never went for the chocolate in the fridge. Just wondering if others get that feeling4 -

I know how you feel. I went through old photos yesterday. I've been at my heaviest the past couple years, since I had my daughter. The old pics of me, back when I THOUGHT I was fat...I had no idea. Made me remember that my mind and perspective can either be my worst enemy or my best asset... It's really up to me. I may be at my heaviest, but I've managed to put together 7+ years of sobriety, so other than my weight, I'm the healthiest I've ever been. Time to use the same method, one day at a time, to eat healthy, stay accountable and exercise. I deserve it, no matter what a scale says.3 -

Typically check in once a week, the template is only if you'd LIKE to use it. Feel free to adjust it or use anything you'd like that suits you. If not too late. December 2nd might be too late though lol. Welcome!0 -

No you did not mess up - it is okay to put your initial MFP weight as start. Just put your week1 weight in next to W1, then your week 2 weight next to W2, etc. Unfortunately we can't edit the original post to add the new weigh-ins. Next week you need to find this week's 8/12 post [do that by (1) hitting the star at the upper right of the community page - you will then see a list of your bookmarked community strings - choose this challenge (you bookmark a string by, from inside of it clicking on the star at the upper right, making it gold) (2) once you are at this challenge, click "search" at upper left, touch the down arrow to open up the menu, then write your username in the "author" box] - this will take you to your latest post (3) copy your whole list of weeks from that page, then paste it into the "reply" box, add your new weight next to W2, then submit. You will have to do this cut and paste procedure every week to update your list of weights and progress.
*on second thought, I think you can safely skip step 1 above and go straight to step 2 - find your most recent post by going to any community string, & searching by your username through all of your recent posts. Obviously, I am still trying to figure this out myself. Maybe more experienced posters can verify/correct for us what the best procedure is for adding our latest weights each week?
