Pretty sure I won't be 127 on Wednesday. But, I'm not giving up, like I usually do whn I don't reach an interim goal. I'm viewing this as a minor setback, and keep moving forward. There is variance to weight loss and gain. I still intend to get to 120 by October 30.0 -
My weight this week is at 184.5 . I will weigh in again on Wednesday need to loose a pound to be at my goal weight for this challenge i doubt i will make it but i will post again Wednesday !0

All week I was in the 131.something range. Then of course the weekend came! I am rather hopeful that by Wednesday I can get back to my monthly goal.

Goal weight on August 31st: 129 for the third month in a row I have lost the last 2 months but just a little so never quite make it to goal hopefully this month.
08/01: 132.0lbs TOM
08/08: 131.4lbs glad to see I did go down a little after a bad weekend of not as much water and not so great food (just because I was at my parents and they don't always have the best choices. One day I brought some of my own fruit to snack on but forgot on the next day. Still haven't seen anything under 130. Maybe next week.
08/15: 129.6lbs I am happy I did different activities this weekend and got my visit to gym in both days but I also ate at Olive Garden and didn't make best food choice there but progress:)
08/22: 129 I got a new scale that is dial so no more point anything for me the new scale does give same weight as old though. It is hard to read my scale but we will make do.
08/29: 127 figured out how to be able to see my scale (I never realized I was that tall:laugh: ) Just needed more light surpassed my goal so happy

Challenge #1: I was very successful with the 10+ glasses of water. There were some 10 and some 12 glass days!
Challenge #2: Over the week, I prepared an Emergency Kit for my family. I have never had one ( even while living in Florida ) but now, with two young children, you start to think differently. I also have a daughter that has many food allergies. Anyway, my kit looks something like this: In a rubbermaid tote: 2 blankets, jeans, long-sleeve and short-sleeve tee, undergarments, and socks, 3 gallons of water for each of us, toilet paper, paper towels, wipes, soybutter, triscuit crackers, Dole fruit cups, canned beans, canned soups, granola bars, pediasure for the kids and ensure for the adults, canned tuna and chicken, bottled juice, and then OTC medicines for both children and adults.0 -
