    Starting weight: 121.7kg/268.3lb
    Start weight this month: 117.2kg/258.3lb
    Goal weight this month 112kg/247lb
    Target goal weight 65kg/143lb

    Loss so far this month: 0.9kg/2lb

    Starting weight 184.5 lbs
    Goal weight this month 125 lbs
    July weight loss - 4.6 lbs
    Aug 1:: 180.1
    Aug 2:: 181.9
    Aug 3: 181.7
    Aug 4:: 181.7 - I am very frustrated! We had company all weekend and I didnt journal my calories and here I am back in the 180's! UGH. I think I also need to bring my calorie level to 1000 calories per day instead of 1200 per daY. This week I will be at a class but will journal anyway!
    Aug 5 - 9: Weighed in every day - was taking a course all week. Weight fluctuated between 181-182
    Aug. 10: 181.2
    Aug 11: 180.8 - want to get back out of 180's!

    4 Sept - 179.9- Ugh!!! I am really losing my mind! Yesterday I was well under my 1000 calories. I worked out for 40 miniutes, walked my 10K steps and stood for 12 hours. I just do not get it. The only thing I can think of is that I am retaining water from eating whole foods soups. Today Ill drink tons of water with lemon and see if I get a loss tomorrow. I really really felt like I had lost yesterday......so frustrating.

    It might be that you need more fibre. You can even get fibre tablets. I have been eating weetabix for breakfast which has helped. You're pretty low calorie as it is so don't cut back further.. just play the waiting game now and continue sticking to the plan. I hate waiting too but it's necessary and you will definitely lose at that calorie amount.

    Probably your body is in starvation mode....we are waiting for you in the September POST!
