Hi everyone! I am so close to reaching my weight loss goal. My main focus is calorie counting and toning..Who wants to join me ?Feel free to do both or just one of the challenge.

I'm in. I already do lunges and squats as part of my exercise routine. It's time to shoot for consistency.
I struggle with active minutes and exercise goals with no real plan or routine. Using the examples from @superfood75 I've come up with an accelerated plan - 3 days "on" / 1 day of rest.
I'm over 60, have a sedentary and demanding job, and am starting to get pretty achy knees. It may be too aggressive, but I'll power thru being mindful to slow down or break it up if I feel it's too much.
So far, I'm 2 for 2

Day 1: 50 Squats & 30 Lunges with 10lbs dumbbells
Day 2: 55 Squats & 20 Legs Raise (my legs are sore!)2 -
Day 1 done! Was outta town yesterday, but we gettin it now!1

@Lisaw57 Thanks for joining! The lunge challenge is pretty brutal ..I like your excercise plan. I may follow your lunge challenge., if mine gets too hard.0

Day 2 done starting day 3 tonight and the rest tomorrow and day 4, at least thats the plan! Gotta catch up to ya @superfood75 😎 before i fall too far behind!! Also gotta remember to charge the Apple Watch doesn’t do much good when its dead🤦♂️1

Day 1: 50 Squats & 30 Lunges with 10lbs dumbbells
Day 2: 55 Squats & 20 Legs Raise (my legs are sore!)
Day 3: Rest because my upper legs were soooo sore! Not able to get up well.
Day 4: Rest. Still sore
Day 5: I'm back! Done with 60 Squats, 25 Lunges & 25 Legs Raise
Day 6: tomorrow!3
