I dont remember those, but I am still trying to find someone who remembers these mini cinnamon rolls they made. They looked like mini cinnamon rolls but were made with oats. I was 99% sure it was quaker, but could not find it after looking for ages on google etc. They were a small snack pack with like 5 dime sized oat baked cinnamon "rolls" with icing. I used to microwave them and they were delicious!
I'll help you look! I'm still searching for what i was looking for... so hard to explain but I can taste them on my tongue... very light texture. Cloudy... clusters. I think they were available in chocolate, strawberry and vanilla.

My Mum’s Tomato Macaroni Cheese, recipe from the back of a Campbell’s condensed tomato soup can. Basically, cooked macaroni with chopped onion in the water, the soup, half a can of water, mustard powder and grated cheese. In an era in the UK when nobody ate pasta it was adventurous and avant garde! And delicious!
Similarly, her Tuna Rice Casserole. Back of a Campbell’s condensed Chicken Soup. Has become a family favourite with all my 4 kids, now grown and feeding kids of their own with it!
Banana sandwiches, apple and cinnamon toast, egg in a cup (standard when I was ill) chopped soft boiled egg, butter, salt and pepper, in a teacup with brown bread soldiers. Bread & Milk - bread soaked in hot milk with sugar and cinnamon. Again, that was a food for when you were ill.
Corned Beef Hash, oh and a Corned Beef Wellington - tin of corned beef, topped with Branston Pickle wrapped in pastry.
Also something we called the ‘Fiendish Beandish’ - Tin of Baked Beans, cooked with onion, dry mustard, hard boiled eggs, dash of Worcestershire sauce and grated cheddar. This was a fast meal when we’d come home from a day out hiking.
And I can honestly say there are no chips (French Fries) like those my Mum made. Don’t understand what she did differently but you’ll never have a chip like it!7 -

My older brothers would make it before I was allowed to use the stove, but they never let it cook long enough to set. So we would eat it out of the pan with spoons, or pour it over ice cream while still warm. Mmmm.4 -

Neither of those, I just found them though!!
They made them in peanut butter and cinnamon sugar. They were so good.

Kraft Deluxe Macaroni Dinner, with bacon on it finished in the oven. Still make this when I'm in a bad mood.
Mom's cookies. I've got the recipe and they just aren't the same as the ones she made. She would bake a batch and put them in our stockings at Christmas. Got them well into adulthood. I miss those.3 -

Hmmm... do you remember what company made them? Or what color the packaging was?
Thinking about it more... I remember getting them in my middle school's a la carte line... I can't remember if they were even in a package or not. Hmmm. It's gonna bother me now haha0 -
On the Pizza Hut Book It thing - our Pizza Hut was right across from the library so I used to take my books with me and read while eating my personal pepperoni pan pizza except for when we would play table Ms Pac-Man before the food got there. Such good memories!7

Someone mentioned Cheerios and that made me think of the peanut butter Cheerio bars that were always a staple at the bake sale fundraiser at my school.
Also for me nacho cheese Doritos and frito lay nacho cheese dip in a can was a staple of every slumber party (along with Ouija and Dirty Dancing followed by Girls Just Want To Have Fun marathon).
Fried chicken legs, mashed potatoes and chocolate pudding from one of those in mall smorgasbord buffets.5 -
Potato Lefse spread with butter and sprinkled with cinnamon sugar, rolled up and popped in the toaster oven. Yum.

My mom was an excellent cook and always cooked/baked from scratch and my favorite dish(es) of her's was:
Pork chops rice and gravy:
Chicken and Dumplings:
German chocolate cake:
Stawberries in cream

Another few things I was thinking about...
Mom used to make "cheese crisps" that were my FAVORITE! I used to eat them for dinner or night snack all the time. (tortilla crisped on a pan topped with melted cheese) and I would put tons of franks hot sauce on them.
Also these specific brand of chicken nuggets with the heavy breading. They have a signature taste I can still remember. Again with tons of hot sauce.
And my favorite oatmeal as a kid.
Also these. My aunt was always "on a diet" and had the southwestern chicken and sesame chicken south beach diet wraps in her fridge all the time. I would always have them when I went to her house because they were SO good.

My dad did not cook at all but there was a couple times when I was a kid that my mom had to be hospitalized. So we ate boiled hot dogs and canned chili because I think that was literally the only thing he knew how to prepare LOL7

My Grandma made the best fried eggplant. Extra thin and extra crispy! The Eggplant was from her garden.
