Hey all- don't know if there are any fellow east coasters but Irene really hit me hard! I have too very large trees across my backyard which thankfully did not hit the house. As well as a still live wire across my driveway. So no power for me for a while. I have been still logging on my mobile a&p. I only got in 27 points this week and forgot to weigh myself this am. I will do it tomorrow and report back. Anyway it feels nice to have an Internet connection even if just briefly I miss the real world.0

Up to 2 miles on my runs now. Next run (Wednesday) will be 2.25, Friday will be 2.5, Sunday will be 2.75, then Tuesday to 3 and Thursday to 3.25 before my first 5K on the 9th! School also starts next week for my oldest! I'm really excited about that, though the youngest doesn't start until the 22nd.
I'm going to try hard to beat my best week, but with our pool being too cold, it's hard to tell where I'm going to find the time! lol

Yikes Kelly! We are on the East coast, but luckilly inland enough where we just got really thick cloud cover & some wind. Hope all is back to normal ASAP!!0 -

Hi All,
WiFi here on vacation is spotty & I've lost messages to you all! Sorry! Exercise on this vacation has been fabulous, but my eating has been out of control. I've gone to bed 2 nights with an upset stomach from overdoing it on food. We're headed back home tomorrow, and as sad as I am to leave vacation, I will be happy to get back to my routines, and get my eating back on track!
Planning to join the YMCA on September 10th (they're running a no initiation fee special). Trying to figure out the kids activities for the fall, as we don't want to overbook ourselves (or them).
