What’s so great about putting another person before yourself? Considering the needs and desires of another before your own? Being patient, kind, humble? Do people think it’s easy keeping no record of wrongs? What’s so wonderful about always trusting, hoping, protecting, persevering? It seems to me if people want to love they can go ahead and start doing it without waiting for some magical partner.
But I think I’d rather speak in the tongues of men and angels.
i think its best to not go chasing waterfalls. im better off just sticking to the rivers and the lakes that I’m used to.
How can I love and hate a post so much at the same time?
alright listen- i know that you're gonna have it your way or nothing at all, but I think you're moving too fast
Rip left eye
one day she got so mad at her dude she burned down his house
Yup that was falcons wr Andre rison - I remember the mtv news update on that1 -
I know this should be easy and not something that matters, but I just don’t get why people seek out for encouragement on this site. I have done mostly everything in life without such go getter pep talks and I have overcome a lot. I know some people are different and need outside forces to push them. Probably why I am not coupled or someones birth parent.3

My brother brought me a bunch of scratch tickets to give me something to do. I really don't have any pleasure scratching these tickets. I don't understand why people spend any money on those. I'll give them to my mom tomorrow to go get them checked at the store so she can be one of those annoying persons who check all their scratch tickets making everyone wait in line.5

You questioning other people is a good reason to have open conversations. I don’t think discussing real life thoughts openly is an issue. Also when you’re focusing on why it’s so hard for others’, shows you do have self work to do because you’re questioning why they’re choosing to speak as they do. We all have different personalities and ways to find motivation.
The reality is, even with open talks or encouragement nobody can change how another lives their life. I do believe others’ can be supporting and be encouraging, to be another’s cheerleader in their journey.5 -

Dang, my oldest boy asked to go to the gym tonight. He cooked up a workout he wanted to try, so we did it together.
I can talk myself outta going super easy but I had a lot of fun with him. I thanked him for asking me to go but I don’t think he really *gets* it. I hope he does someday.9 -

Just thinking of a memory where I lost someone very close who left the world....it's been years and those memories just don't ever fade and are fresh as if it was just today, kinda makes me wonder that the saying time is a great healer isn't true. On side notes my body is screaming from the weight training.3

That’s where I’m leaning as well. I was up all night dealing with our foster sons nightmares. Then when I finally fell back to sleep I dreamt we all died in a tsunami. Makes no practical sense for where we live but hey. Anywho now I’m dead tired, but I have a never ending to do list for the day

Knock off the easiest stuff from your to-do list, then take a nap, so when you wake up you'll be more refreshed and ready to tackle the stuff that requires more energy1 -

Use the lay-off time to look for something else—that way if you find something new, great! And if not? You’ll still have something to go back to. Can’t hurt to try, right?0 -

I'd sign up for the coffee - nap's give me headaches so I cannot take them anyway. I'd donate my nap time if it were a possibility.CoffeeAndContour wrote: »Should I nap or have another coffee and get some stuff done.
I chose the coffee! Once it kicks in i’ll get it all done and then nap!2
