I’m recently back exercising after gaining a bunch of weight back and started insanity again (as I loved it 3 yrs ago and it helped me lose 80lbs) but man do they kick my butt right now and I find myself modifying quite a bit (but I try!). Was thinking of incorporating P90x...but wondering what workouts people have done while very overweight/out of shape?0

I have lost 13lbs with T25. After my 3rd baby I really kept a lot of weight and just trying to lose it. I just lose motivation so easy. Hope to find my motivation and support with this group 🙂

T25 is my most favorite program!! I’ve done a few others but I keep coming back to T25! I lost most of my weight with it as well. I’m in maintenance/ last 5 pound mode right now. I’m doing a random workout out of T25 beta /gamma and Insanity Max 30 month 1 for a while. I get bored with the same routine. Have a great day!
