3 September 311.7 feeling rubbish today. Think I have a nasty cold coming! Only just met my step goal too.

5 September 310.1 small loss but still good for THAT time of month! Step goal met and exceeded too! I will get less fat!
6 September 308.8 delighted with that and I think it's down to the extra walking. There has to be some bonus to heaving all this weight around, and that's it, walking burns the calories!
7 September 307.9 over the moon to read this on the scale this morning and actually did a little victory dance when the scale updated my status here. I'm in the next stones bracket! Started in 23 now (just) in 21 ๐๐๐๐ stupidly delighted and also scared of wrecking it!
8 September 308.1 lol, couldnโt really expect it to go down again today even though Iโve stuck to my plan. More steps today to see if it helps tomorrow ๐
9 September 309.5 ๐ so I knew it couldn't constantly go down but guessing that's my TOM water weight hitting. Logically I know it'll go off again but gutted that I got into the next stone bracket and am now not! Steps still high yesterday so keeping on going! Guess my body is adjusting to the diet and not losing weight in shock now!
10 September 308.0 Thank goodness for that! I knew in my head it couldn't be a gain but seeing the numbers go up wasn't nice! Glad they're back down even if not in the bracket yet!

20 September 304.8 Struggling with plantar fasciitis (severe heel pain) today. Itโs been coming for a couple of weeks but I tried to work through it. Big mistake. Desperate to get my steps in but itโs unbelievably painful. Ice is helping and Iโve bought a kit from Amazon. Fingers crossed it helps. Will be delighted if I manage to get down to 300 this month let alone my overly optimistic 299!
21 September 305.4 Could be the lack of movement yesterday, could be because I didn't drink enough, could be natural fluctuations. Whatever it is I'm sticking with it. The almost permanent icing of my foot seems to be really helping but I'm going to take it easy again today just in case!

I "shouldn't" need to, as I'm already in what appears to be a 500-750/day deficit, but I hadn't moved much in the prior couple weeks. 8 September - 144.5 not enough water yesterday. Tons of movement, cleaning, laundry, and tons of errands all day.
9 September - 147.0 I thought I did better than this yesterday, but I guess not. Maybe I am just holding onto some water weight.
10 September - 146.5 was expecting to be lower, but ok with this. I am 40 years old today!!!
11 September - 143.8 not a real number. Drank way to much last night celebrating my bday. Will be back up tomorrow.
12 September - 145.6 This sounds more like it. As of today I am back on it and looking to finally lose the last 10 pounds. Diet break officially over
13 September - 143.8 On track for today so far. Maybe next week I can start seeing some lower numbers
14 September - 143.2 this is the lowest this month so far. Still have about a pound to go to get back to where I was last month and now itโs the ever so dreaded weekend.
15 September - 144.8 maybe sodium, but did well yesterday
16 September -146.3 TOM is showing up today and the chips and dip I decided to snack on all day probably didn't help.
17 September - 146.3 Day 2 and feel like crap. Major water retention, my ring barely fit this am
18 September - 145.7 a little movement, not much though. Hormones will be the death of me!
19 September - 143.7 finally a whoosh. Now maybe I will see a decent drop tomorrow.
20 September - 142.8 another great drop. Iโm back to where I was before month long break. Now to get some progress made and get under 140!
21 September - 143.7 up a bit today from restaurant sodium. Chinese for a surprise lunch date with the hubby.
22 September - 143.7 drank to much yesterday so will probably be up tomorrow a bit, did well on food though.
23 September -145.4 normal Monday fluctuation. Lower than last Monday so I am ok with it.
24 September - 144.3 and back down we go. Really looking to finish this month strong. It sucks the last day is a Monday this month.
25 September - 140.9 I weighed multiple times this morning. I did a 24 hour fast yesterday and only ate about 600 calories, so I am sure I will have a bounce up. I would be happy ending the month at 141 or 140 though.
26 September - 142.0 I knew I would go up a bit, but it's really only 1.1 pounds, so I am not going to complain.

26 September - 67.1kg - not too happy, but not surprised. I've had a migraine the last couple of days, and even with meds I feel wiped out and just don't care about what I am eating as much as usual. Also, I always really crave salty foods afterwards. Plus expecting my period any day now (which is the cause of the migraine), so bound to be retaining some water due to that too

04 Sep- This weekend was so busy for me getting my daughter back in school, setting up for a new night shift job I have not stopped moving nor had I had time to weigh myself as of tomorrow I'm back on it. I still continue to meal prep and keep my calorie daily intake at 1200 and drink as much water as my body allows...soon to start work out plan again
