    Short Term Goal: Lose 2 pounds this round.
    My First Long Term Weight Goal: To weigh 184.X by Halloween. (new revised & realistic goal)
    My Second Long Term Weight Goal: Weigh 172.X by Jan 11, 2020 (my 2 year anniversary of current Keto dieting).
    Final goal: 145-155. We’ll see how I look & feel when I get there.
    Exercise:

    During each Weight goal I plan on doing cardio in the form of dancing at aerobic levels whenever possible. I would also like to walk as much as possible.

I am currently working on fat adaption & ketosis. I have been doing badly since Thanksgiving & Christmas season 2018. Half a year has passed & I can no longer use them as an excuse!     09/21 …..193.0 ….. Yesterday’s stats: 1439 Calories In / 3056 Calories Out. 37 Net Carbs. 21,403 Total steps & 9.03 Total Miles. 13/13 Fitbit Step Hours. I slept 3 hours & 21 minutes.

    09/22 …..193.0 ….. Stats: 1576 Calories In / 2957 Calories Out. 43 Net Carbs. 18,111 Total Steps & 7.66 Total Miles. 13/13 Fitbit Step Hours & I slept 4 hours & 8 minutes.

    09/23 …..193.0 ….. I had a PCP doctor appointment today. I was hoping for another pound (or more off) but scale stuck on 193 (for now). Yesterday’s stats: 1470 In / 3034 Calories Out. 47 Net Carbs. 19,152 Total Steps & 8.1 Total Miles. 13/13 Fitbit Step Hours. I slept 4 hours & 47 minutes waking up tired. Sunday is cabin cleaning day. I took a short 13 minute walk around property and I rigorously cleaned tourist cabins for 168 minutes. Total extra calorie burn 916.

    09/24 …..192.2 ….. Finally the drop on the scale I’ve been expecting. I had another serious sugar drop last night. 3rd day in a row. The sudden ravenous hunger is the first warning sign as my body tries to up my carbs to be converted into glucose. I managed it very well again and didn’t let it get the better of me. Sometimes I can do it calmly, sometimes it is more of an emergency/lack of calm control. I will continue to monitor in case I need to be removed from more T2D medication as I move closer to the remission I hope for. The next two days are filled with travel and because I will need to eat (and keep my glucose up) I will do my best to make decent yet enjoyable choices while still being mindful of my glucose. Funny, when I weighed 253 it was always high sugar. Now that I’ve lost weight, it always drops too low now. That, my friends is T2D on the mend! Yesterday’s stats: 1334 Calories In / 2737 Calories Out. 21 Net Carbs. 17,397 Total Steps & 7.36 Total Miles. 12/13 Fitbit Step Hours (lost an hour at my dr. appt) and I slept 4 hours & 19 minutes. I went to the school & walked 101 minutes at about 3.0 mph (my walking partner couldn’t go so I went alone) and I did low-impact aerobics for 41 minutes. My knees continue to bother me pretty badly sometimes, but I press on.

    09/25 …..192.2 ….. Travel Day. I will be back tonight. I had another sugar drop last night. Ate more carbs than I planned because of it, but scale did not punish me for it yet. I will be traveling with smarties candies today to be safe. I always eat a meal when the trip is all day & evening so that will help to keep it stable too. I haven’t had time this morning to add in the extra food & carbs from last night but I have the before numbers: 1055 Calories In / 2853 Calories Out. 20 Net Carbs. 20,928 Total Steps & 8.86 Total Miles. 13/13 Fitbit Step Hours. I slept 3 hours & 47 minutes. I took a long 3.0 mph walk inside the school for 100 minutes and I took a slow walk in neighborhood for 29 minutes for a total extra calorie burn of 654.

    09/25 123.0 Today I awoke with a rumbling tummy. Pretty sure my weight is up as a reaction to Asian buffet on Monday. Sadly, it wasn’t very satisfying as we were too late to get my desired veggies tempura.😢😢
    **I failed to post here yesterday because I needed to get a couple of things done. I think after the stress of the last week and a half over the car situation my body just gave up. I ate all Keto but was way over on calories and protein and fat macros but 1 under on carbs. Celebrate the small things!
