    I would think these 0.01 or 0.02 decreases in weight averages were nothing, but I saw the weight come on that slowly & it adds up

    @dlhollin1 Explore Lazy Keto and LCHF to lower your carbs. Jumping right into Keto which technically is 5% total carb/20% protein/75% fat can be jarring to the system. I stated by swearing off bread and pasta and never experienced β€œKeto flu.” Not a medical professional-just been doing it successfully for over 2 years and read everything I can get my hands on.
