I think I was 180 ish in the last pic. I have lost more since but no recent pics.16 -
Not a big difference in weight (12ish pounds) but lots more strength and on the whole a better relationship with food.
5'11': 165 pounds to 153 pounds.

About 40 to go. I should take one without the motorcycle jacket

Starting size was a size 18/20. That red jacket was a 20 and I was bursting out of it. Even though I was in denial and stretching out size 16s. Now I’m about 14/16. 16 is more comfortable in pants for sure. But if it a little stretch 14 works. 14 for shirts. Generally Large T-shirt’s.3

Hi Ladies,
This is just a reminder to please keep your photos workplace-friendly. :flowerforyou:
Before you post, ask yourself if you would post your underwear photos on your company intranet for your CEO, boss, co-workers, etc. to see. If you'd still post even if everyone could see it, you're braver than I am.
While you might feel comfortable sharing that level of nudity at your workplace, we do have Community Guidelines here at MFP. Hopefully adherence to these Guidelines helps prevent our members from getting fired by inadvertently looking at your undie pics while browsing our forums from their workplace computers.
The guideline in question reads:
4. Keep it Classy (we mean your images)
I WILL:
• I will share my success photos and progress photos.
• I will keep it classy by wearing tight-fitting spandex instead of my undies to show my progress.
• I will post authentic photos that I have permission to use.
• I will be mindful that this is a workplace friendly site. If you wouldn’t share the image with your boss or your child, please don’t post it here.
I WON’T:
• I won’t post hateful, violent or graphic imagery.
• I won’t post nudity, pornography, or NSFW images.
• I won’t post images containing profanity.
• I won’t post political images.
• I won’t post photos containing excessive cleavage (if you would wear it to work, it’s probably OK).
• I won’t post close-up shots of cleavage, butt, breasts or crotch in any state of dress.
• I won’t post photos in which hands or objects are the only bodily covering,
• I won’t post photos in my undies (underwear, bras, lingerie, thongs, g-strings, or banana hammocks).
Thanks for sharing your success stories and best of luck on your journeys.
With respect,
Sugar

Yes, swimsuits, sports bras, and spandex are all fine. :flowerforyou: However there were (and still are) a number of underwear shots, which are not okay. Sometimes underwear shots are more skimpy than bikinis.
Keep it going, ladies. My post was only a reminder about the rules.
This thread is still open, and it inspires a lot of members so keep those (classy) images going!3 -

I’m 5’8.75”, real SW undetermined bcs I wouldn’t get on a scale (33% body fat, US size tight 12). Decided to lose weight/ get healthy after both parents became diabetic & diagnosed with cancer.
Got to 150lbs, size 6, & nearly 20% body fat through reduced carb diet plus spin & yoga, some weight lifting [my first after ;-) ]
Regained body fat during my husband’s illness. Started over at 155lbs, size 8, and 25% BF.
CW 171lbs, size 8, 25% BF through weight training & spin/walking. Proud to have put on muscle but having a hard time shedding fat. When I get into the 160s my body rebels & I get raging cravings. Any other tall girls lift, all natural? I’d like to lose 10-15 lbs body fat & get back to size 6. Note: I used MFP to gain muscle mass, previously no nutrition tracking during low carb phase. This has been a 9 year saga

Wow you guys!! The pictures I could see, were all amazing!! What a journey.
I'm not good with posting pictures or even knowing how to get around everything on this site yet. But the highest I've ever weighed was 235(when I dared to look at a scale)and I'm down to 144. I'm 5'9"(used to be 5'10" but getting older I shrunk). I've weighed as little as 125 and felt great but everyone kept asking me if I was sick?
My eventual goal that I'd love to maintain is 135. I've worn anywhere from a size 18-20 down to size 6, which I'm currently struggling to get back to.
Good luck everyone and keep to the journey!!!5 -
5'10" top right Nov 2017 2 weeks post partum and approx 230lbs
Left side Nov 2018 186 lbs
Bottom right currently 173 lbs.
Thinking I want to be about 160. But weight lifting is changing my body and I am unsure what my "happy weight" will be. Maybe I'll have an update on Nov 2020!

You give me hope! 5’10”, about where you started, hoping to get to where you are. You look great! Thanks for inspiring me!1
