Most of mine tend to be scale orientated, so I guess the next stone mark - 5.5 pounds away.
I'd also like to start doing 'land' classes at the gym instead of just aqua ones.
There you go, two mini goals
Hit my scale goal and signed up for my local Parkrun. 5k each Sunday morning. I'll be walking it at first but I'm going to do this!
Next mini scale goal is 10.9 pounds to lose.
And to survive my first Parkrun *grins*7 -

Mini goal achieved! And it does make me feel less annoyed, as hoped
Next mini goal: get approved for surgery so I can stop being in constant pain. I see the doctor in about 4 weeks, and until then I'm going to be an ultra healthy eating machine to minimize any possible obstacle. Micro- and macronutrient levels will be spot on each & every day while I shave off a few more pounds 👍

I averaged 3x a week.6 -
I can now do 5 sets of 5 big girl push ups at a time!! I do them after my 5x5 Stronglift workouts Still working on the pull up but I have a feeling it will be a while until I get there. 6 more pounds and I'm under 180.
Under 180 - Check!!! 120lbs down and under 180 - can hardly believe it!!! Continuing to work on the pull up with bands assisting. Next mini-goal: Under 167lbs and into the healthy BMI range!!

Fitting into my firesuit and full containment seat in my racecar for next season. This past weekend was the last race of 2019 and I was out of breath just bc of how squished I was:(8

Next 3 weeks - (4 seems too long and 2 is not enough) - so 3 weeks:
a) Stick to Calorie goals
b) More Water
c) Exercise Goals (that’s easy)
d) Don’t step on scales, but measure in the am
For some reason watching the scales trips me up - more emotional response.
If wt is down - 🥳 🎉🥂 - I’m not as careful with my food choices
If wt is up - 😨😡🍫🍷🧀🍟🍕🍕🍕 - What the heck, throw in the towel.
Measuring doesn’t show water weight and does better reflect muscle gain and fat loss.
I’ll weigh at beginning of week 4.
Can I copy these goals? They seem reasonable enough for me to start somewhere... just need to modify c. (I need to start exercising)2 -
I want to lose a total of 20lbs by the end of this week. I'm at 19.2 right now.6

To not be beaten by the 11 year old who flipped me off at my first park run. I don't think it is likely for a few months as he was pretty quick.16

Only 8.5 lbs to go now but have to survive my daughter’s birthday weekend.... my goal is not to put on any weight this weekend and to go for a long walk to offset some of the eating...!

So I survived my daughter’s birthday weekend and now only have 6.5 lbs to lose till the end of the year. The target is in sight12 -
Super cute bikinis by March or before.6

Goals:
- To achieve a longstanding goal goal of losing 100 lbs. With 5 lbs to go, it is now a short term goal I'd like to achieve by December.
- To run a six minute mile before turning 57 in January. (6:12 three days ago)
- To get to race weight (180 lbs) before June and run a 5:40 mile at that weight
- To win a triathlon next season.10 -
End of 2019. I want to be 83 kg by then. 6kg to go!5

played around with 5 pounds all summer, plan to have it off by end of November.

I'm in a similar situation; I'll join you in that challenge.3 -
To be healthier 🤗7

Really close to my half way mark. I’m stoked!!5

I'm on a roll at the moment. Lots of exercise, a new gym pass and the scales are moving - let's keep that going!8

Started 21 Day Fix yesterday and I’m just focusing on doing my best with exercise and calories in these next 3 weeks. Ideally, I’d like to lose 5 lbs.4

Weekdays with no alcohol for a month. I tend not to stop at just one once I've started, so I just want to see what kind of difference it makes, as far as both calories and broader health impact.5

time to get serious, I want to be in 150s, 159 is ok! I weighed 162 this morning, this has to be doable, I have been going up to 165, down to 162, Now time to drop it and put off junk food like halloween candy til I am there! I wanted a popcorn ball, not yet, Force Myself To Do Right!4

5% loss by Christmas so from 225ish to 213ish (11+ pound) loss. and actually stick with it. One of my things ot do this weekend involve writing out a plan beyond the general concept of eat less and move more.
I do know part of the mini-goal plan right now is meals on weekends without mindless munching. logging meals would probably help4 -
I have a mini goal every week to see a new (lower) number on the scale every Friday Morning.
I'm down 34 lbs now since 7/24! (56 lbs to go for my major goal)6 -
My Fitbit weight chart shows that I'm just a bit above overweight - actually I dipped below it last week when I couldn't eat for a few days (side effect of quitting a medication). A pound below isn't going to be different than a pound above, but the chart is a different color below than above!6

Haven't gone to Parkrun yet, got to love being ill, but did do my first 'land' class tonight.
I won't say it went well or that I managed more than half the class but I did it. And I'll carry on doing it until I can do the class with a smile on my face as I swing my hips.
It did confirm what I've always known - that I'm not a land creature - and that's ok too *grins*
We'll see what the scales say in the morning for the weight side of things.1 -
I want to be in the 180s! I'm hovering around 192 now.6
-
I'm 40% to goal this am and on track to be 50% by Thanksgiving. Really want to hit that halfway number as the rest is DOWNHILL!!!6
-
Hoping to lose at least 10 lbs by my birthday (12/5)!4
