▪11/1 - 183 - Currently, I really do not know what my actual weight is. I weigh early a.m. every day, usually before 12 fasted hours are completed. I hardly ever feel hungry. Two days in a row severely under calories. My calorie goal is set at 1300, but most days I never reach it. I do not like eating under goal calories. I think I will have to ignore the calorie deficit and the macros for a couple of days. Just eat. I still have more work to do. Fasted for 24.5hrs/not intentional. 20g carbs. Meal time~ 8pm.

10/30:205.4- Yayyyy! Not as much as I was hoping for, but still happy it's going down. Now to leave the 205 zone.
10/31:205.4-No gain, but no loss which is kind of annoying. I did really good and think I messed up lat night when I went to the new boba place in town. I didn't get boba, just a green tea with cream topping, but think the sweetener and topping threw my body off. Staying in tonight and might get a keto pizza from Blaze. Happy Halloween!
11/1:205-This is awesome! I'm so shocked because even though I had a salad for lunch I had a Popeyes leg and wing and mashed potatoes for dinner AND half a Blaze pizza. The pizza was a keto pizza though, so maybe that helped

10/30 163.5 Same as yesterday. I got in 4.25 miles, 2.25 of that more hiking than walking. I ended up having a salad for lunch and salad for dinner. After committing to eating out less, my friend asked me to go to dinner last night and I said yes. I had a salad again because it was the best choice. I REALLY wanted their brisket grilled cheese which is the BEST but even half of it is expensive on calories. Freezing rain this afternoon, no outside walks. I did bring stuff for the gym if the weather allows I'll lift weights tonight.
10/31 164.2 ARGH. I'm not sure why I'm up. I was good yesterday. The weather did not hold, so no gym. No exercise tonight because it's HALLOWEEN! Don't be frightened by my scary ghost costume.
11/1 164.5 Double argh! Stayed out of the candy, for the most part, was under calorie goal even with what I had. Stupid water I guess. I should get a walk in tonight. Three miles maybe a little more. Happy Friday All. @deepwoodslady My thoughts are with you.

10/31--206.3 Tough workout with my coach yesterday, but I am definitely seeing progress. This morning I decided to try on these boots I haven't been able to wear for the past 2 years because my calves had gotten too big. Well, not only am I wearing them today, but I also have my jeans tucked into them!
11/01--207.6 I'm not surprised about the jump. Between soreness from my workout 2 days ago, not great sleep last night, and lack of water over the past 2 days, the jump on the scale was expected. Goal for today is to drink water. I finished W3D2 last night. Tonight is the gym.

10/30 120.5 Great workout yesterday but terrible headache this morning. I know it’s the arthritis in my neck and it will pass. I changed some settings Senza so it adjusts my calories according my burn at the gym so I had more calories but was still under 10g total carbs. I’m sure the uptick is water retention for muscle recovery. HoopsGuy72, you have inspired me! Carl went to the gym and I’m getting ready to go myself!
10/31 121.0 I enjoyed the gym yesterday! WHAT??? Unfortunately, maybe too much. My left shoulder and both of my ankles hurt. I will probably go this morning but take it easy.
11/1 121.0 Limited workout yesterday but skipping the gym today. Going to a craft show at World Market with a friend. She needs to buy prizes for a charity shoot she has arranged.6 -
@IsMollyReallyHungry It was REALLY hard for me to get back into the gym. Honestly, it was MONTHS of mental preparation. I have horrible knees as well, but, funny enough, when I lift weights (including legs), they feel BETTER. I hope you can find your way back into the gym. It really helps.7

I still feel like I'm on a good track, but I need to notice that yesterday was the first time that I have missed the gym in a long time. In the past, this would be "one of those things" that might throw me off. I really want to get this right this time. I've "gotten it right" before, but I need to figure out how to maintain it once I get there. I REALLY want this. I need to stay focused.
10/31: 220.6 (-0.6)/18.6 (0.0). I went to the gym last night and pushed myself, even though I am pretty sure my back is "out of whack." It went fine, but I'm really looking forward to my visit with the chiropractor on Monday. It's hilarious how it takes one day to really screw up, but it takes multiple days (sometimes even a week) to make up for it. I need to try to remember not to get the "binge" attitude: when a "cheat item" or a "cheat meal" turns into a "cheat day." The earlier I end my binge behavior, the less damage I do (and less time I have to spend "making up" for it).
11/1: 221.6 (+1.0)/18.6 (0.0). What do you get when you have a surprise Halloween gathering celebrating your sister-in-law's birthday? One pound, apparently. She bought pizza from my favorite place; I had three small slices. There was cake; I had a tiny piece. She made cupcakes; I cut the bottom off, and only at the top. Add in one beer, and about 1.5 ounces of sweet red wine. I'm listing everything because I'm actually kind of proud of myself. I could have (and likely would have) eaten three times what I consumed yesterday, but I tried my best to stay in control while still indulging "a bit." I'll be in the gym tonight!

10/30 …..188.0 ….. Travel today for my Mammogram & Oncology check. A routine remission check for breast cancer previous. Today will be inactive as I travel & will contain restaurant foods. Not a good way to start a round, but I’ll try to stay focused as much as my willpower will allow. Yesterday’s stats: 1273 Calories In / 2617 Calories Out. 25 Net Carbs. 17,508 Total Steps & 7.41 Total Miles. 12/13 Fitbit Step Hours. I slept 4 hours on the button. Up early to prepare for trip. I went for a hall walk in the school (cold outside) for 124 minutes at about 3.0 mph. The extra calorie burn was 694. Good luck everyone this round.
10/31 …..190.2 ….. Golden Corral. Need I say more? An AMAZING place to a country bumpkin like me! Cancer center appointment revealed no breast cancer-yay! Still in remission in that sense. However, they have found a nodule on my lung during a chest X-Ray. It was done because of some symptoms I’m experiencing, especially during exercise or hiking. The size and location is concerning, especially given my age and cancer/family history. They could not fit me in for the CT Scan (busy University of Michigan Hospital). So I am home and will go to my nearest hospital ASAP (about an hour away) and have it done. They will send it back to the University for interpretation. They are also setting me up for the BRCA and genetic testing. Listening to their explanation, its AMAZING stuff. They find out the likeliness of ANYTHING that shows up in your genetic testing (combined with family history info). Example: if it shows up possible colon problems in my future, I would be assigned a gastrologist that will perform colonoscopies more frequently and monitor my digestive health routinely. If cancer or another illness pops up, it is found very quickly with a much higher likelihood of successful repair. In the meantime, I’m not going to lie, after having already went through cancer once, I am shaking in my shoes. Breast Cancer often metastasizes to the lung, so I’m very nervous. And I’m so far from everything here where I live. If I have cancer again, this time around my husband is not alive to help me, to cover me at the home business or to travel with me. Just my Autistic son who doesn’t drive. Our nearest treatment center is 90 minutes away on 65mph roads. And the snow we got today is still coming down. All prayers and hugs appreciated.

Thanks to all of you (wow, so many!) that has given me the hugs and is wishing me well during my medical issues right now. It means more than you know…. Yesterday I pre-logged my food and didn’t end up eating 250 of the calories and 3 of the carbs so here are my accurate stats: 797 Calories In / 2459 Calories Out. 12 Net Carbs. 14,002 Total Steps & 5.92 Total Miles. 13/13 Fitbit Step Hours. I slept 6 hours & 15 minutes. I walked for 103 minutes at 2.5 mph for a total extra calorie burn of 463. You guys are all the best!!!!!

So I am back for another round. My goals will be the same as last since I didn't make any progress in round 93. I would like to be under 144.0 for every weigh-in and have at least 60% of them be under 142.0. My husband turns 39 on the 7th and our last weigh-in is the day after. We also have to deal with Halloween, so this round may be a little tricky. Although I know I am kind of being selfish, but I really want to get out of the 140's, so I have decided not to pass out candy this year. All 5 of my kids will be out or doing other things, so I am not going to temp myself at all. I guess not having any little kids anymore makes this year a little easier. I do feel guilty about the other neighborhood kids, but I am taking this year off and not bringing bags of candy into the house.

10/30 - 140.7 Finally!!!! A new low!!! Now it's only by 2/10 of a pound, but I am taking it and running. Was on track all day yesterday and stuck to my no alcohol. Will do the same today and hope for another, hopefully bigger drop tomorrow.
10/31 - 140.7 same as yesterday. So I am ending October with an entire 2/10 of a pound loss. Not thrilled, but I have to accept it and move on. The good news is my monthly moving average is down 2.2 pounds according to my happy scale. I am pretty much losing about a pound to a pound and a half a month right now. I am at about 22.5 on my BMI chart, so in the healthy range and am ok with how my clothes fit. I think it's just vanity that I want to weigh in the 130's, lol. I don't really think anything is going to change if the scale says 140.7 or 138.7, but it will make me happy, so I will continue working on it. No alcohol again last night and stayed on track food wise. I have only drank 2 days out of the last 10 and that is huge for me, so I am going to continue trying to go that route for a couple more weeks.
11/01 - 141.5 So my husband finally made tenure yesterday and got a really nice raise. We knew he was being re-evaluated, but it was way better than we could have imagined. Plus he got a really nice bonus and we can finally pay some bills off that we have putting off. Having 2 kids in college and another one starting next year is sometimes hard on the wallet, lol. That being said we celebrated last night with a couple of drinks and Chinese food. He wanted to go out, but I made it at home instead. The chicken egg rolls (I only had 1) went into the air fryer, the fried rice was made with low sodium soy sauce (husband could not even tell the difference), and baked some chicken to go with it. I only had 4 oz of Crown and nothing else. I was really good! I don't think I deserve this uptick, but maybe even using the low sodium soy sauce it was more than I should have had. We will see tomorrow. It was a celebration and don't regret the 1 pound at all. TGIF!!!!

REMINDERS One or two thoughts which might give heart to some of you.Stick with the process. It DOES work! But it does take time, effort, and most of all, patience!- Daily weight fluctuations are normal, and can be as much as 2 lbs a day for no apparent reason.
- A general downward trend is what we are looking for.
- Eating out can cause apparent weight gain because of high sodium levels, but usually goes quickly. Drinking extra water helps with this.
- The human body does not react instantly to what we do to it. Sometimes it can take several days to see results.
- Plateaus are a normal part of the process. The body is consolidating and adapting to your new way of eating/exercising.
- The closer you get to your goal weight, the more difficult it becomes to lose weight, as your body becomes more efficient at using what you feed it.
- When you exercise you build muscle, which takes up less space than fat, so use measurements as well as weight to assess your progress.
- Getting/Staying fit and healthy requires a lifestyle change for most people.

10/30 – 180.2 – Happy to see this number again. I guess it’s not a fluke. Super busy day, so I ordered pizza when my older grandkids came over after a local Trunk-or-Treat event. Ate an extra slice, but still stayed under my calorie limit. Baked cupcakes for tomorrow - fortunately, cake is not really my thing – and will post some grades before calling it a night. Only one class tomorrow – woo hoo!
10/31 – 180.2 – Happy Halloween! Had a few small treats today, but didn’t go over my calorie limit. The rain is finally clearing out – looking forward to getting out and walking this weekend.
11/01 – 179.4 – First dip into the 170’s! And it’s another weekend – TGIF!. Nice family dinner with a couple of drinks that brought me up to maintenance calories, but I’m okay with that. I’ve learned that I can make mindful choices to go over sometimes and still keep moving in the right direction. And that’s a bigger win than any number on the scale.

11/01 60.7kg getting under 60kg is taking time... But I'll get there. Gym done this morning but injury getting worse.
11/02 59.95kg back down here. Have to rest the injury but can do upper body training in the gym next week. Going to keep on with what I'm doing but be very mindful of calories. Would love to see a new low this wknd

10/31 136.2 - walked 12 miles & an hours yoga, after we told that one of our yoga buddies had suddenly died at the age of 53, such a lively vibrant girl!! It just flipped me, I was so shocked, I went totally of the rails, couldn't even tell you what passed through my lips after that, sigh, why ? So today is a new day, I start again, I'm lucky not to be up more, but now 9 days to wearing that dress!
11/01 136.2 – walked only just under 3.5 miles yesterday – met up with my DH, DIL & toddler DGC at a family open farm, had a lovely day , but calories 492 over
. Must get my game in gear!

My goal is to remain consistent with my calories and under my daily target. I'll do this by eating high protein meals and lots of vegetables which keep me full, and snacking on apples if I want something in the evening. In the last round, I managed to do this 7 out of the 10 days and in this round I want to do better.
