 I'm a little nervous with how long it'll take to get from here back to 208.8, my previous low. Historically, it's taken like a week-ish to recover from an off-meal, but with a goal of 200 by the end of the year...and an upcoming business trip plus thanksgiving still to go...I'm starting to lose pace. It's been almost 6 months now and the routine is starting to wear on me a bit. Tentatively, my plan is to go pretty hard this week and hope that the progress re-motivates me. The downside, psychologically, is that if I DON'T see that progress, I risk slipping again!3
