    I eat burgers with a fork and knife, and deconstructed! Bottom piece of bun and burger and toppings, then sometimes the top plain (that I'll use my hand for, knife and fork for that would just be silly!)

    I eat pizza with a fork and knife. I hate hate hate eating anything with my hands.

    Unfortunately because of some botched dental surgery I can't really bite anything any more, so if I can't cut it up with a fork and knife, I can't eat it.
