Hey Everyone!!! WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOTTTTT!!! Go Wappo Warriors!!!! sorry Suz wound me up *lol* I'm Heidi. I've got a lot to lose but tons to gain. I want to lose another 10 in September and to stay away from the sodium (evil evil evil) Since I joined in mid July I've lost 20 lbs. I can't wait to kick fatty into submission! And my bestest buddy is on Team 9 with me! THANKS GARY!!!

Hi, i'm Karen. i'm a 30yo SAHM to 5 kids - two SD's
i really enjoyed doing the august challenge but found my weight bouncing around, i've been down to 216 and up to 220, i started the year over 240 so i'm going in the right direction, just a small blip.
will have 1 child at home come next week so am looking forward to having time to exercise again, the summer holidays have killed my exercise routine!

Hello everyone this is Ify-Chudi, a wife to a very caring and supportive husband and a mom to three beautiful girls. I am a long way from my goal weight but I was away on a vacation(1 mnth+) and managed to gain over 10lbs.I really need a good challenge that will help me push myself. Hi team (gotta love the crazy tribal scream!!),
I joined MFP in Jan, lost 20 pounds in about 3 months and since then I've been going up and down, losing and gaining the same 10 pounds for the last 4 months. It's driving me CRAZY and something's got to change--well, I've got to change. I'm going to use this challenge to jump start my motivation and determination--I'm willing to go the extra distance for the team, even when I wouldn't for myself!

I'm so excited to be part of this group! I need the motivation, as I've never weighed this much in my entire life! :sad:
I'm just getting over a broken foot and really bad shoulder (cursed crutches), and I am eating out of frustration, boredom, and comfort. I need patience for myself and from all of you, as I need to do as much modified exercise as I can. I'm back to work next week, and, hopefully and with the doctor's blessing, back to some sort of exercise program.

WEEK 1 – PYGMY SERIES
This should be done in addition to your normal workout routine. This is a challenge and is not a replacement!
Week One Daily Exercise Challenge
Each team member that completes their daily exercise challenge receives one point, if all team members complete each daily exercise for all 6 days the team is then awarded an additional 5 Bonus Points.
WELCOME BACK FROM YOUR DAY OF REST WE’RE STARTING WEEK #1 YOU ARE A PYGMY WARRIOR!
Day 1 Exercise Challenge - 30 Squat Kicks* and 50 Jumping Jacks

Day 2 Exercise Challenge – 2 sets of 15 Swimmer’s Presses + 1 Extra Mile jog, walk or run (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BYwzaUXK6gs) * You may use cans of soup, tomato juice or bottles of water if u don’t have weights
Day 3 Exercise Challenge – 50 Crunches* + 20 Mountain Climbers

WEEK 1 – BUSHMEN SERIES (Advanced)
Week One Daily Exercise Challenge
Each team member that completes their daily exercise challenge receives one point, if all team members complete each daily exercise for all 6 days the team is then awarded an additional 5 Bonus Points.
Welcome to 300 Week You will do 6 exercises at 50 reps as quickly as possible 3 times this week. These are not to be broken up into segments. You are the BUSHMEN it’s time to push yourself!
Day 1 - 50 Squat Kicks, 50 Jumping Jacks , 50 Crunches, 50 Mountain Climbers, 50 Wood Chops and last but not least 50 Globe Jumps!
Day 2 - 2 sets of 15 Swimmer’s Presses, 2 sets of 21’s, 2 sets of 15 Dumbbell Chest Fly’s, 2 Sets of 15 Lawnmowers, 2 sets of Tricep Kickbacks, 2 sets of 15 Shoulder Shrugs (weighted)
Day 3 - 50 Squat Kicks, 50 Jumping Jacks , 50 Crunches, 50 Mountain Climbers, 50 Wood Chops and last but not least 50 Globe Jumps!
