11/09 61.30 kg. A loss but not enough to make up for the end of last round. Going to push to get back under 60kg before I go on a work trip on Thursday.
11/10 60.45kg and a loss is always good but I think I'm dehydrated as I don't drink my usual 4l of water yesterday. Having a busy weekend with very little sleep and no exercise. Working on getting back below 60kg
11/11 60.15kg. Trainer was on a mission today!
11/12 60.6kg no issues and it will be coming down.
11/13 60.9kg which isn't in the right direction but as Sunday is my official weigh day I have time to get it off. Work trip cancelled so I don't have to worry about food choices on those days.
11/14 59.95kg which is great! Working to keep under 60kg and get a new low before the end of the round.
11/15 60.0kg a great way to go into the weekend. Need a break from the trainer! ๐
11/16 59.55kg but probably a false low caused by my upset tummy and I ate a lot yesterday . Will see how far I can go from the bathroom today! ๐
11/17 60.10 kg for the official weigh in day. Tummy still very interesting so I didn't really follow the plan yesterday. Been hovering around 60kg for a month now... 7 weeks left of this year before I am at maintenance so I'm going to try to make them count.
11/18 59.45kg...Nice way to finish the round and keep me on track.

JUST GIVE ME 10 DAYS ~|~ Round 95 (round 27 for me ) I'm in for another round, to continue losing my cheeky pre-Brexit weeks holiday gain. The wedding vow renewal for our friends is today and I failed to lose a couple of pounds to be comfortable in the dress I planned on wearing, I shall have to wear a different one! I only have myself to blame .

Achieved goal weigh of 125lb in summer 2016 by losing 66lb and have gradually gained between 7 and 11 since then; I don't want to gain any more, but would like to get back to my goal weight โ I'm working at it โ it's a permanent way of life !

11/09 135.8 โ 10.23 miles walked yesterday. All macros in green, 519 calories in v calories out โ perfect day !! Hurrah, I'm back on track, just need to stay on those rails !! No weigh in tomorrow as we stay over night at our friend's wedding vow renewal.
11/10 DNW โ away in hotel โ walked 6.46 miles yesterday, controlled my food intake as well as I could when at a hotel and eating their prepared menu, also controlled alcohol intake well. Lets see what the scales say in the morning!!

Need to lose it!! Had to change my outfit for last night as was not happy with how my original skirt and top pronounced the bulge. Sigh, oh well hope that keeps me mindful of what passes my lips!!

11/18 34.4 โ yep drop maintained despite out for Sunday lunch with my siblings, made good choices and volunteered to drive so didn't drink. 5.1 miles walked yesterday. Round loss 1.4 pounds - success!!

THERE ARE NO QUICK FIXES OR SHORTCUTS to achieving permanent change.
REMINDERS One or two thoughts which might give heart to some of you.- Daily weight fluctuations are normal, and can be as much as 2 lbs a day for no apparent reason.
- A general downward trend is what we are looking for.
- Eating out can cause apparent weight gain because of high sodium levels, but usually goes quickly. Drinking extra water helps with this.
- The human body does not react instantly to what we do to it. Sometimes it can take several days to see results.
- Plateaus are a normal part of the process. The body is consolidating and adapting to your new way of eating/exercising.
- The closer you get to your goal weight, the more difficult it becomes to lose weight, as your body becomes more efficient at using what you feed it.
- When you exercise you build muscle, which takes up less space than fat, so use measurements as well as weight to assess your progress.
- Getting/Staying fit and healthy requires a lifestyle change for most people.

11/09 157.4 (+ 2.8) Too many calories to count lol I had a great time last night but dinner consisted of chips and such at a party.
11/10 155.6 (-1.8), 1099 cal, run 4.5km, good day, still need some time to drop off all those extra calories from Friday night.
11/11 155.8, (+0.2) 1388 cal, 8.5km run. That was a big run yesterday ... well for me a big one as I'd never done anything above 5km, also it was trail running in a forest which I found so much harder than hitting the pavement in town. I was starving afterwards and didn't watch enough what I was eating, It was more "get home and empty the fridge" scenario oups!!. I'll know better for next time and prepare some healthy food. Still a 900 cal deficit, but also didn't drink enough water.

11/13 DNW, spent the yesterday with my dad who had a small operation and slept over at his place so didn't weight. Hopefully not too much damage with the hospital snacking. Normally going for a run tonight if I'm not too tired.
11/14 153.6 (-2.2) 1300 cal, 3.5km run. Pleased with that loss, I knew it was coming as I had transit issues. Now a little effort to get it down to my end of round goal. Weather is crap today so Iโll go to the gym tonight for a bit although I was hoping to go for a run, maybe itโll clear up by this evening!
11/15 153.4 (-0.2) 1330 cal, 12287 steps, 4.5 km run. Good day all over yesterday, I think as Iโm running 4-5 times a week, I need to up my calorie intake to 1300-1400. Now Iโm going to battle to keep this weight over the weekend, luckily I donโt have much social events planned but mostly sports activities. Iโm hoping to stay in the 134.x for this round which will be a new low for me.

11/12 โ 145.5 โ I used to always get my weekend bump on Monday, but now my body wants to screw up my Tuesdays too. More water today!
11/13 โ 144.5 โ Thatโs better! I woke up in the middle of the night and my knee was locked in a bent position. It hurt like crazy to straighten it out, but it was fine once I did. This happened a couple months ago too. Iโm not sure if I should continue with my treadmill walking or just focus on knee strengthening. I have a Dr. appt. in early December so Iโm hoping I donโt have any major problems before then.
11/14 โ 144 โ I stopped after work last night and bought a knee stabilizer wrap. I used it while I exercised last night and I didnโt have any problems with the knee.
11/15 โ 143.5 โ I really have to watch this weekend. I am going to log all my food and try to stay around 1200 calories both days. This is my last weekend before out of town relatives start coming in next week and I know the parties will start.

11/18 - DNW - It feels like its been way longer than it has since I checked in. The curse of staying at BF's house (no scale, no computer and the app is iffy at best). We ended up spending Saturday packing as much as we could while he still has 3 weeks left (including thanksgiving with the kids) so quite a bit of stuff is still needed. Waiting to find out if he got approved for a house in Texas otherwise we have to shift focus. Its getting nerve wracking. I don't want him to leave! Definitely been messing with me physically as well as emotionally. No idea on weight so I guess I won't have an end weight this round but should be able to start off the new round with one (:

11/12 - Weekend at BF's. Didn't eat much, wasn't really hungry. Stomach was acting all kinds of funny. Ah well, it seemed to be better by last night. Must say, it was a rough weekend mentally for me. Thinking that may be a reason for it. Glad I didn't really gain too much. I know I'm dehydrated so wondering if the uptick from last week is from that. Bloated as all get out from pasta last night (he's still not on board with my paleo/primal lifestyle) and the kids were there (picky eaters they are). I have Friday off but I'm not sure if I'll go over there Thursday night or Friday afternoon since he has to work and kids are at school anyway.
11/13 - At BF's. Got some boxes from work for him to use for packing (did I mention I'm mad at him because he's moving to Texas before me and I was the one that wanted to move. Since last year, even!) that I had to drop off. No scale ): Water was not even close to good yesterday. Trying harder today for sure.
11/14 - A lot of this has to do with not eating. I just haven't been hungry (Or I don't notice the hunger at all until it feels like my stomach is eating itself and I grab a small snack to calm it down). After my snack, I feel full. Also did a little better on water yesterday, but not to my normal/goal. Traveling midday for work (45 minutes to the other office) so I need to time my water but still get it in. Boss buying lunch for the meeting. Must figure out dinner. I'm out of frozen veggies and I don't keep fresh veggies due to bouncing back and forth from BF's. Guess its shopping night...

New kitchen still being fitted - worktops due end of next week!! Last few rounds without a kitchen went well so hoping to continue as I left off. No kitchen continues to make me very planned and very focused just buying what we need when we need it.... Lesson to be learned here I think!
Out for dinner with hubby and the kids on Saturday - saves cooking at home as kitchen not yet finished - so wont be an over the top meal.

11/09 - 132.1lb (-0.7lb) Lovely start to the round. Off to the gym this morning while the girls are at cheer training then out for a family dinner tonight once Hubby home from working away again. Will be treating myself to a glass or two of wine and probably dessert as they do cheese and biscuits - my favourite!
11/10 - DNW - hubby home and he got up and made me tea in bed this morning so I didn't weigh as had had two cups of tea before I even got up Bliss!!
11/11 - 132.5lb (+0.4lb) Very happy with this small weekend gain given we ate out Saturday and had a family movie night last night with a glass of wine and some popcorn! Sets me up nicely for the week ahead (although at the theatre on Wednesday night and out with a friend for lunch on Friday so need to stay focused)
11/12 - 132.3lb (-0.2lb) All good and on a bit of a roll at the moment. At work all day so breakfast, lunch and snack all prepped and with me and a quick healthy dinner all planned ready for tonight when I get in from the gym. Sunny at the minute (although cold) so hope to get out at lunchtime for a quick 10 minute walk too.
