Incredible! You look great! How did you achieve this great progress in such a short time? Tips please - thanks!
Are your dates correct? You lost a lot of weight in 4 months
Ahhhh, you’re right .. I put the wrong date .. It should be December 2017 - April 201921 -

Wow......hard work is evident!!!2 -
I had congregants asking if I'd lost weight, so I pulled up some old videos. These pics are exactly one year apart, but I'm down 50lbs since October.16

That’s a stunning transformation in one year. Here’s a pair documenting my more modest success - July 2018 vs July 2019. I have been in maintenance/recomping for the past three months.

These are a year apart and I don’t see a difference but it’s 50lbs. Maybe because I’m so short? Who knows? I have another 50lbs to go though!24

I see a huge difference!!! Your cheeks and face, shoulders and chest, hips.
Sarah, give yourself credit. Fifty pounds is almost like shedding your smallest kid there, sweetie.
This “body dismorphia” thing messes with your head. My brain is still catching up.10 -
One year keto + getting gastric sleeve done two months ago. Still have a ways to go, but I'm definitely made progress53 -
4XL to XL, around 370 is starting. Don’t know my current weight, but not finished yet. Current progress is from lifting the past 3 years. Hardly any cardio and still eating what I want. Just started eating better the last couple of months. Follow me on IG if you’d like for my journey: Tez_Lyn and/or add me on here!

April 2018 341lbs - Oct 2019 199.8lbs . Started out riding my bike daily for exercise, than got into trail / road running, gym 3 days a week, eating smaller portions and cutting out all fast food / junk food / pop.
Up a bit (10 lbs) this month from skipping the gym / not as much running: also not being as strict on diet. So easy to fall back to old habits , Getting back on track this week52 -

About 50lbs down, just over two years. Slow, not so steady, and full of hurdles, but worth it seeing it.
Terrific transformation!7 -
