17lbs difference (my bedroom got a makeover too!). I still have another 5.5lbs to go til goal weight but I'm feeling quite pleased with how far I've come

I showed my dh some of your pictures here last night and he just kept saying wow, look at that, whoa that is amazing.
I applaud each and every one of you for your courage, strength and determination!! Our journeys can be difficult and challenging but well worth it. It's so hard to battle our habits, weaknesses and lifestyles that got us into our predicaments but it makes us stronger and becomes who we are, as we wipe away our old us. Keep strong everyone!!!

This has been an awesome experience so far! I retired on 1/31/18 and started this journey earnestly on 6/1/2018! Still have a ways to go to reach my BMI goal weight (174 pounds). Starting weight was 288 pounds! 50 pounds down! I can not tell you all how good I feel emotionally, physically and mentally!!

Here is mine, left after my fourth child around four years ago, I lost the bulk of the weight within 5 months of clean eating and then the gym work began, I made a lot of mistakes but feel I’m on the right track now so I see this as a progress photo. This years goal is to build more muscle.59
