You’re all doing a great job! 👍🏻
I’m persevering and my mindfulness about sugar has increased significantly. Not to mention my tastebuds’ sensitively to natural sugars 🍏2 -

Chilling a pumpkin purée chia pudding for tomorrow .... we shall see how it turns out! Used cinnamon, pumpkin spice and ground vanilla to sweeten...but the natural pumpkin purée was already pretty sweet! I love the smell of pumpkin..☺️

Total sugar: 46

I'll be posting my successful days from now on. Meaning I have my sugar intake under control. I won't post my unsuccessful days since I have failed so many times in controlling my sugar intake, it can get me down.0

Don’t compare yourself to someone else. Compare yourself to you. Did you eat less added sugar than you did yesterday? Last week? Win! Did you eat less added sugar than you would have if not aware of it? Win!
Count your small steps towards a big goal!2 -
83 sugar today. I didn’t change MFP goal. My goal for today was 85. It came mostly from 2 pieces of chocolate cake with ice cream. A little from milk in my coffee and bread.
That sounds like a high goal, and is certainly more than usual.0 -
12.2 -12 grams of total sugar. No added sugars.1

Im glad to see this challenge is still going on! zcutting out added sugar is the biggest change I want to make! I think i ate only sugar today, but Im hoping to be different tomorrow.2
-
I read "no added sugar" and with that, I'd like to jump in please. I'm realizing, hello...that some foods like my peanut butter probably have alot of sugar and I ate two bananas yesterday. I'm going to eventually cut back and phase out certain foods (hope and goal).
Yesterday sugar: 61 grams
Today: 14 grams1 -
Total sugar 30

Does anyone know why MFP changes sugar goals, daily?0

A veritable smorgasbord! Had a good amount of plants today.
Orange pepper
Spinach
Kale
Tomato
Wheatgrass
Had leftover turkey. 4 grams sugar from whole plain turkey? (I checked a few entries on MFP database)
Would have thought meat was 0 sugar!1 -
