Im glad to see this challenge is still going on! zcutting out added sugar is the biggest change I want to make! I think i ate only sugar today, but Im hoping to be different tomorrow.2

I read "no added sugar" and with that, I'd like to jump in please. I'm realizing, hello...that some foods like my peanut butter probably have alot of sugar and I ate two bananas yesterday. I'm going to eventually cut back and phase out certain foods (hope and goal).
Yesterday sugar: 61 grams

Does anyone know why MFP changes sugar goals, daily?0

35 sugar yesterday, 14 from bourbon honey salad dressing.1

A veritable smorgasbord! Had a good amount of plants today.
Orange pepper
Spinach
Kale
Tomato
Wheatgrass
Had leftover turkey. 4 grams sugar from whole plain turkey? (I checked a few entries on MFP database)
Would have thought meat was 0 sugar!1 -

30 grams of sugar today and I'm pretty sure Honey Bunches of Oats was the heavy hitter. Then following was carrots, potato, red onion and bread.0

I'd like to set a sugar target. After reading comments, I'm Thinking 24 to 30 grams. And none of it being added sugar. Does this sound like a good goal.1

By the way, I'm so glad that part of the title of this thread reads "limiting added sugar" because I do not plan to completely avoid it and there are so many things I'm still learning. I had 22 grams of sugar, bread and fruit mostly.1
