I’ve joined two challenges already but why not a 3rd?! I’m trying to not snack at all in December, once I start adding them in I spiral out of control, so for this month, it’s planned foods only.3 -

Ok, I have to get this snacking, which is becoming binging, under control! I have good days and then totally mess up my weekly calorie average with a couple of evening of overeating! Glad I found this group. So tonight is night 1 and I will report back tomorrow. I see a number of you with LNS of 0, that is inspiring to me. Good luck tonight All!6

Being part of this group has helped me immensely. I was a late night snacker. Knowing I am checking in makes me determined to not snack the night before. Last month I was 30 and LNS 0. So break it into small goals, like doing it for a whole week or try to hit a streak like 10 days.
Also I am trying to stop eating by 7:00 pm if possible. Scheduling sometimes interferes and then I try to get my calories in as soon as possible. Once I have hit my caloric goal then I brush my teeth for the night.6 -
