    1 year

    1 year!? 1 year!? :o

Yes , photos taken 1 yr apart. 341 lbs in April 2018 to 209 lbs in April 2019, couldn’t run 100m or do a push-up when I started , first photo was during one of my first workouts . the second photo was taken Just after my second half marathon. (I ran one to celebrate one year of the new lifestyle )

So much awesome. The loss of body fat is wonderful but the new superpowers are much more so.

I wouldn't say it's a success story because I still have 100lbs or so more to lose but I just hit 80lbs lost since I started

Nice going man! Every pound is a success story!

Exactly!! Can't wait to see your pics at goal. THESE pics are awesome and definitely show a difference!

@bellebee97 you released almost 20% of your total body weight. Sounds like a success story to me.

    You look fantastic, btw.

    Thanks you x

Start of 2019 and end of 2019 - I focused more on strength training this year than I ever had before. I can't believe I thought the way I looked in January was a good look.
