    280 lbs to 190 lbs (ultimate goal = 180 lbs)
    XXXL t-shirt to a L
    42 waist to a 34 waist

    DIET: no special diet or restrictions..just stayed at a strict & consistent calorie deficit, weighing every piece of food that enters my mouth!

    EXERCISE: cardio and weight training 7 days a week, alternating days.

    Amazing results within a short time. Inspiring. Looking forward to my own similar journey.
