New year new month new challenge 😀 and I welcome all new 1st timers😀
I’ve joined one of these groups in april, best thing I ever done, lost 32 lb between April and July and another 7lb in sept. It’s really nice to see how others are getting on😀
Give yourself a motivation, this seems to work for me, maybe you have a spring holiday booked, a party invite or just want to lose those Christmas bellies!
Pick your own goal, check in once per week and at the very end of the month. Let's keep encouraging each other & staying focused on our individual goals.
You can change the dates to suit you, but try to keep it weekly as it shows off the weekly progress better😀

Jan 1 : 145.6 - I’m up a couple pounds since December. Part of it is that I got a new scale and it’s not in sync with my old one, but I’m sure it’s accurate, so this is where I’ll start the year. Most of the weight gain is because I was completely out of my routine in December. I’m so happy to be starting fresh this month!

I'm new to this site, got a Fitbit for Christmas, and have finally gotten serious about losing weight. I've been experimenting with Keto, and have lost 7 lbs since the beginning of Dec.

I am a first timer. I lost 5 lbs in 2019, not much progress, but I guess I didn't gain 5 so a gain is a gain. On the bright side I went from Thanksgiving to New years day and did not gain anything which is a major victory. Good luck all, Happy New Year and have a great month.5 -
I will come play again this month if you don't mind a maintainer interloping. I lost my weight in 2018, and the challenge of keeping it off is a real thing.
Heaviest weight: 175.4 in early 2013.

I will join. Need something to kick me in the butt. Been at this for 3 years now. Started at 236 pounds and made it down to 160 but stress and life and my over indulgence has caused my weight to creep back up since september. I am a full time teacher, mom of 2 young girls and also a part time student in the evenings so plate is full lol!
