Thank you for doing this again! Life gets in the way sometimes, doesn't it?! My Dad and I both fell within 30 hours of each other mid October. He broke his right wrist, me my right hand. You can't make this stuff up! He soon will have his left ankle rebuilt. He's 90. I'm going to rehab him at his home. Very worried about food then but it's all in the planning! Love seeing the familiar faces and reading the posts. It's nice knowing I'm not alone!8 -

📍1/06 - 188.6 - I slept well, because I was so exhausted from the night before. Tried to power through my exercise , but I already knew that wasn't gonna happen. I will add it to today's workout.
*Currently, I have had 13 days (just counted it) of no peanut butter. I have gotten into a habit of eating it to make up for the protein and fat I was missing in a day, only a lot of carbs come with it too. I will not buy it anymore.
*2020 is my commitment year to breaking 2 habits, crunchy, (no pretzels!) and peanut butter.
Okay, it's in the world now and I will do it.

I'm Back! Happy New Year! 2020. We made it. Still fighting the war on fat! I won't be weighing in until the end of the month because long story short--I know I've gained. So, time for my annual detox that will take place next week. I'm excited! I'm back on keto, and I already feel a lot lighter. I can tell I've lost a lot of that pesky water weight. Now it's time to attack the FAT! lol Let's hit it!

I do not understand today's weigh-in: I ate the same amount of calories as yesterday, only burned 169 calories from walking here and there during the day and I lost 1.8 lbs in a day. Macro-wise - things look similar.

FYI: I have adjusted my ultimate goal because when I hit 118 last month, I realized that I still wanted to try to lower my body fat to a normal range. I have been back and forth with 33% and 34% for about a month. My goal is 30% and we will see what happens. I tend to carry my weight around my waist and hips.
