This has been an awesome experience so far! I retired on 1/31/18 and started this journey earnestly on 6/1/2018! Still have a ways to go to reach my BMI goal weight (174 pounds). Starting weight was 288 pounds! 50 pounds down! I can not tell you all how good I feel emotionally, physically and mentally!!

Here is mine, left after my fourth child around four years ago, I lost the bulk of the weight within 5 months of clean eating and then the gym work began, I made a lot of mistakes but feel I’m on the right track now so I see this as a progress photo. This years goal is to build more muscle.59 -

January 2019 and Dec 2019, 35lbs lost. Still have a long way to go. Ugh sorry don't know how to post pics the right way.14

Left is before my physical slimming journey started in summer 2015. Mentally I was already setting the groundwork with self-compassion and self-acceptance.
