Second round participating! I lost 2.4lbs-3.2lbs un the first round. Let’s see if I can lose another 2!

01/18: 188.4 dieting was hard today but I did everything possible to stay under calories and I did! Also worked out for 1.5 hours this morning.

01/19 188.4 no change is good. I was way over sodium yesterday. Family dinner tonight but I kept portions small. I suspect I’ll stay the same tomorrow.

01/20 190.4 discouraged about weight going up but I managed to stay under calories and sodium today despite working out of office. I brought my own foods and didn't eat out.

01/21 189.4 ok, moving back down. Stayed under calories today. I am trying to remind myself that I could’ve not gained fat when I’ve been on a consistent deficit.

01/22 188.4 I was really hungry today but I kept practicing mindfulness and allowing myself to “sit with the discomfort” until dinner time instead of responding to it quickly by shoving a unplanned pizza. I’m incredibly proud of myself. Also, even tho I’m on a deficit I was able to maintain strength. Squatting 245x4!

Starting R102 with a gain.Don't know why bc yesterday I did 2hrs water aerobics,30 min on bike at Y,walked 30 min,cals,ok,tracked,carbs ok,water,ok,so who can figure??Will begin again "keeping on,keeping on"

Happy to have a go at this again! Last round I set a goal of 57.9 which I achieved today, one day late. These ten days goal is 57.5 kg realistically, 57 kg if I am being ambitious!

1/19 174.2 1,146 Calories 8 Carbs 4Net Carbs 7,779 steps I guess I’m doing (IF) Intermittent Fasting 2 meals a day. 11:00 am and 5:15 pm I try to be done by 5:30. So far this month it’s working out doing Keto and IF.

1/20 173.8 lb 700 Calories 12 Carbs 10Net Carbs 5640 steps. Busy day with Grandchildren. 9 old grandson show me the paper he had done on Martin Luther King Jr. at school. Proud of him.

Wrapping up my break this weekend and moving ahead into a new semester. As much as I’ve enjoyed the time off, I’m excited to meet my students and take on a new set of experiences and challenges.
I’ve been playing around with my calorie allowance lately, starting to transition to a smaller deficit and slower rate of weight loss. 01/18 – 172.0 – Good to start with a drop, even though it’s only back to where I started the last round. Lazy Saturday, but I got a lot of reading done before watching a movie with my husband. Wine and chocolate put me a bit over on calories.
01/19 – 172.6 – Too many calories. Didn’t bother to log, but I did manage to squeeze in a walk with my grandson.
01/20 – 173.2 – Post-weekend bounce and early weigh-in. Last day of my winter break. Grandkids had off from school, so we spent a couple of hours at the rec center and then baked chocolate chip cookies. Had two still warm from the oven, and then sent the rest home with the boys. Still stayed under my calorie limit, and I have lots of healthy meals planned for the rest of the week.
01/21 – 172.2 – Headed back down, but maybe not steadily. I’d planned to cook, but my meeting ran late and I wound up getting takeout again. Still well under my calorie limit, but pretty salty, so we’ll see what the scale says tomorrow. Met with the trainer today for my fitness assessment and workout plan.
01/22 – 173.0 – Well, that what pastrami, cole slaw, and a pickle will do, but I’m getting tired of riding this roller coaster. Under my calorie limit and macros all in the green today. Short indoor walk and got a few chores done.

Achieved goal weigh of 125lb in summer 2016 by losing 66lb and have gradually gained between 7 and 11 since then; I don't want to gain any more, but would like to get back to my goal weight – I'm working at it – it's a permanent way of life !

This round goal to just lose - aim to stick with good habits: be mindful of what I eat & drink, keep walking & refrain from attacking the cookie jar and left over Christmas chocolates – plan is to put them in DH lunch box each day 'til they're gone!!

01/18 136 – 9.7 miles walked, pre planning & logging worked yesterday, I'll use it again today. Feels good to be back in control, all macros & calories well in green.
01/19 136 – 11.86 miles walked yesterday in the glorious winter sunshine. Today will be a challenge, last “Christmas” celebration of the season, all my large family get together, siblings, respective children and grandchildren, 30+ of us, we hire a church hall and all bring bits of food, you may know it as a Jacobs table or an American supper? I'm getting out for a good walk this morning beforehand and then really going to try to make healthy choices.
01/20 136.6 – 8.06 miles walked. Did indulge a little, but tried to make mostly healthy choices at our last family “Christmas” get together. Calories, carbs & sodium all over, BUT, I fought with my inner self to not use it as an “excuse” to run into a major binge (this is what would normally happen) – and it was a fight!! But the healthier me won and I ate only an apple after we got home at 6.00pm last night. So this morning I've pre-logged my food for the day and have some good walking planned too. Have a good Monday everyone!
01/21 135.8 - 10.69 miles walked yesterday, carbs 7g over, but calories and all other macros well in green. Still feeling more in control, but knee is niggling from an old injury way back in adolescence, wouldn't let me do all my stretching and toning exercises this morning, it didn't like dancing the samba as our latin & ballroom class last night, hopefully I'll still be OK for my walking today.
01/22 135.4 – 11.95 miles walked yesterday, knee is fine walking as long as I made sure I keep it in line rather than twist it – I will “nurse” it through yoga this morning. All calories & macros well in green, feeling strong.
01/23 135 – 9.98 miles walked yesterday and an hours yoga – knee held up and getting better – yeah. All macros and calories in green.

18 jan: 84.9 kg; Probably not very realistic.... slept in, so late weigh-in. Came home very, very tired after work yesterday, so no workout done. Had more water intake during the day, had some extra steps, but not happy with the total amount and above all, I ate above my calorie goal. But, today is a new day
19 jan: 84.9 kg; maybe it is a bit realistic... worked around the house yesterday, cleaned, run some errons and relaxed. Love the weekends.
20 jan: 85.1 kg; back to normal weig-in time.
21 jan: 85.6 kg; no words....
22 jan: 85.9 kg: 😱 teambuilding, 5 course Italian meal cooking togheter with pesto, ravioli, lots of cheese, tiramisu, cookies and so on. Was fun, but way tooooo much kcal!

01/18 79.5 kg Ah well, the round starts with a small gain. Eating was all okay but I didn't drink enough yesterday and was a bit stressed. That's most probably why and it's okay.
01/19 79.5* kg Fasted 21 hrs. In between I got hungry but I managed to keep myself busy and it passed easily. I also started exercising again and expect the scale will move upwards for a bit the next days. But doesn't really matter. I fit in a jeans again that a week ago was too tight even to close. Now it's comfortable. I can feel that my body is changing:-)
01/20 79.3 kg stuck to the keto routine. had to deal with hormonal cravings. Halo top, more nuts and protein helped but only ACV stopped the craving.
01/21 80.1kg Fasted for 22.5 hrs. Stayed under calories, exercised and worked quite a lot. I forgot about drinking enough because of being busy. That's most probably the reason for more weight this morning. From experience the weight goes up in these phases but the body still slims down. Nearly by the day the trousers become more comfortable.
01/22 80.1* kg Still following my IF/keto plan. I like how my energy levels have changed and I feel mentally somehow more confident in general. Installed a fasting app, curious if I like to use it in the future. Decided to weigh in only in 3 days because I feel that I am becoming fixated on the weight and don't like it. Better stop it right at this point. As long as I eat clean, stick to the plan and clothes/ rings are getting wider, there is no reason to be worried about natural fluctuations of water. So I give my mind a break.

01/23 79.4 kg Couldn't help it and weighed myself. Fasted for 23.5 hrs and broke the fast with lean protein and soup. Took care of drinking enough. Life is stressfull atm but I try to take short breaks so that my body can relax and not fall into fat storing mode too much. Decided to park the car for the commute in a distance today so that I get in a relaxing walk
