And massive well done to everyone who took part in January’s challenge, you all absolutely smashed it
So, back for another month..... the shortest month of the year! But that’s not going to make a difference is it? Lol
It’s also dreaded Valentine’s Day this month!
Now I don’t know about you lot, but I like too drown my sorrows with chocolate and wine on Valentine’s Day...... joys of being single haha
Now, same as ever, anyone can come and go as they please, be kind respectful and thoughtful of others.

I'm 5'2'' . 64 yrs old. My base calories are 1260 per day although it adds loads more I try to stay away from on heavy exercise days. I teach a 40 min ballet into 1x week and Zumba Gold 55 min 1 x week, do 15 min calisthenics with the little grandchildren 4x week. Plus practice routines here and there for the above 2 classes.

Hi everyone! I just came across this challenge and this is definitely what I need I work a mixed schedule of day and night shifts so I don't have a consistent schedule. I work out whenever I have the time. I'm trying out different fitness classes at the gym. Other than that I usually work out on the elliptical. Here's to great month for all of us!
