I did pretty good good wise this week. Horrible with activity. I am finding this shoulder issue difficult to work around...moving anything hurts. I see a lot of bands...but it is rare that my ears fall in love. Ezra Furman is featured in Netflix's Sex Education and I never imagined I would see him live. I was thrill he played close to me last night. Sadly I drank many beers and had super cheesed out nachos...but the scale still went down. Hooray. Feeding the soul is important too! Down 7...I don't care that it's water

I had a great week. I stuck to my meal plan 95%+ and did all of my workouts except one. I skipped my Sunday MTB ride, because my body asked for the day off. I slept 10.5 hours, my extracellular H20 jumped up out of range, and my HRV was high. Any one of those is a sign that I need a full recovery day.
12/26= 214.1 Lbs. / 8 week goal= 191 Lb.s

Very disappointed (3 lbs in 2 weeks) as I've been really good with food and more regular with workouts. I know, I know could be gaining muscle blah. I did keto a 1.5 years ago and dropped 30lbs rather quickly. My husband and kids were at his families for the summer so I had no distraction. Then they came back...as did stress and other issues. It came back. The only thing I'm grateful for is that most my clothes look the same either way. I'm hour glass with my blobs and hips the same measurement and my waist 10" inches smaller. I have great strong muscles under an unrelenting, stubborn layer of fat. I look the same almost always (some more dimples in the fat) just bigger or smaller so gains are not as obvious as some. I know 3lbs is still 3 lbs but after a strong week 1 and two weeks between weighs, I'm a little bummed. Looking forward to another week without chocolate π1 -

I had a great week. I didn't drink and I skipped my cheat meal.
I started a 60 day challenge at my gym. I changed my workout plan to more strength training with heavy lifting. I'll be carrying extra water weight for a few weeks, but I know I'm burning fat.
