This has been a dramatic changing in drinking habits for me. From Drinking (if I'm honest with myself - which I often wasn't) up to 10 units every night to this has been great.

Thanks to @missmay for the thread and to EVERYONE of you who post for inspiring me not just this month but for those during which I was lurking too.

Feb will be harder for me as I have a lot more business travel and a 10 day vacation but hey ho I'll just log the good, the bad and the ugly.

Know what u mean Andy, I had to be honest with myself, 1 drink (which due to its alcohol content was 2 drinks) so 6 drinks actually became 9-10 drinks, we can be ther for all of us, we will have our 'moments' but we will not make them 'minutes'
