I ate too many calories on Sat/Sun (1800). I must get my body used to 1200 to 1400 again.
Not drinking enough water is always an issue as well as insufficient fiber intake - this is a journey for a reason.
And I'm really trying to get my body fat back down to 33% before Valentine's Day. I've jumped up to 35% for the past two weeks - this means a lot for the shorter gals. I would like to look my best in a dress.
FYI: I have adjusted my ultimate goal because when I hit 118 last month, I realized that I still wanted to try to lower my body fat to a normal range. I have been back and forth with 33% and 34% for about a month. My goal is 30% and we will see what happens. I tend to carry my weight around my waist and hips.

Have never participated in a challenge on here before. So I'll give this a shot. I mostly work nights 6pm to 6am. I also try to stay awake as much as possible during the days I'm off so I can workout and spend time with my son. Hopefully this will motivate me to work out even on days I work and not just sleep!
