For those of you who are doing everything right but not loosing, hang in there. Be strong and don't give up. Success is right around the corner. For those who are not on track, use this holiday weekend to get back on track. Hopefully you'll have great weather. Enjoy the fruits and veggies before the season changes! Get out there and exercise, have fun.

No weight lost this week - a little depressing. I did have some serious working out this week - I did 3 personal training sessions instead of my usual 2 due to us moving the days around a little bit. I am feeling more sore today than I have in the past so I desperately hope this is just water retention for muscle repair (is that real or broscience?!). As long as I'm still losing fat I don't care what the scale says....but it would be nice if the scale would cooperate a bit.
Hopefully next week will look better. Still got 16 weeks and assuming I can stick to 1lb a week from here on out on average, that would be 165. Higher than I wanted to be but I'd be happy anyway.0 -
I forgot to post my weight.....227.2 I am going to have to kick things up a bit since the weight is coming off in dribbles.

I am not going to weigh myself till this Friday. I had Thur-Mon of eating out for every meal other than breakfast, and while I stayed within my calorie limits every day (I'm super proud of that by the way!) my sodium levels were way high. I want to give myself a week to flush all the extra water from my system before I get on that stupid scale.0 -

Friday is my weigh in day officially so I feel like I have to weight, but the scale says 179 right now. I want that number very very badly. I hope that's what it says tomorrow.

I've got personal training today and I think we're going on week 6 here so I hope we do measurement. I really need to see inches lost (I know I have lost tons but I want a number dammit) because the lack of scale movement is not my favorite thing right now. Also hoping to see body fat percentage way down. My first big goal is to be under 20% body fat.
in other news, for those who are interested, I upped my calories this week, had a ridonculous cheat day on sunday including skipping a workout (Which I never do), and at the very least the scale isnt' going UP so I'm taking that as a sign that I'm doing the right thing. workout performance SEEMS a bit better but that might be in my head. And the best part is that at 1600 calories I dont' ever feel like I have to struggle - I always have calories leftover for a pre-workout snack or a post workout snack or a just plain snack!0 -

our bodies fluctuate a LOT -- this morning my scale said 178.8.
I love your new pic by the way, you look really pretty (and your hair looks amazing).
So status on my increased calories for those that are interested - Upped my cals for 1450 to 1600 (set my activity level one higher) AND had a ridiculous cheat day last sunday (2400 calories WITHOUT the 3 shots of rum I had). This week's intake looked like:

1300 (this was bad actually, I was hungry )

The zig zagging wasn't deliberate, I just kind of gave myself permission to eat when I was hungry or thought I might be hungry and eat a before and after workout snack/meal when appropriate. I found that sometimes even if I didn't think I was hungry when i'd bite into my recovery snack/meal I'd suddenly be super hungry and wolf it down.
I didn't lose a ton obviously but I lost more than I lost last week (which was nothing) and I had a LOT more energy this week than the last few. So Im going to stick with the increased calories another week and see how it goes.0
