    9 Feb- I weighed myself on a different scale this morning. Seemed to low to be a "real" number. I'll wait until tomorrow to weigh in on my regular scale to confirm or disprove it. *shrugs* I don't wanna get my hopes up!
    10 Feb- 141.4 lb - Yep! A much more reasonable number today.
    11 Feb- 142.4 lb- Extra grazing lastnight while packing lunches and making the kids dinner. TOM is coming....
    12 Feb- 142 lb- I'm ok with this. I feel pretty bloated today. Yuck!

    Feb 1 Sad day-sister died no weighing, barely got out of bed
    Feb 2 Went to church, had pancakes and sushi, went to YMCA, that scale seems to say 181 my scale is under 184
    Feb 3 new scale says 181 did no exercise
    Feb 4 not saying what my scale said-just hoping it is close to right, husband's wedding ring does not seem to snag on joint today. no exercise but I did chase kid around gym and we will walk to meeting tonight (10 mins at most) I have to wait while he does chorus I can stroll or do steps during that. Pool tomorrow.
    Feb 5 my scale lies and I love it but can't use its sweet mark. did 45 mins in pool.
    Feb 6 scale lied some more, will check at Y, gonna do a water zumba and add 30 more mins to make up for missed days. Wonder if I am under-estimating food and will more carefully measure.
    Feb 7 179.6 on my new home scale but sigh, I know it is fudging. Ate out-feel sick. Will do pool exercises. Wonder if it really helps or if I am just playing at pool. Wiggled for 20 mins in DMV line if that is worth anything.
    Feb 8 too early to say much. cold and I will do the Y pool some today. 176.4 a.m.
    Feb 9 177 at least made chili not a great day 45 pool mins
    Feb 10 who knows maybe 177 or so, definitely depressed, having nightmares and I know it is losing sister. Pool exercise this evening 7:15-8:15 I haven't seen Jeopardy in forever. Might rain tonight (might not).

    1 Feb: 144.4 TOM started today, so I should see a bit of a water weight loss about 5 days from now.

    3 Feb: 144 Super Bowl yummies! I went just a little over my deficit calories, but...sodium!

    6 Feb: 140.6 Water weight loss after TOM, but also havenโ€™t felt well the last few days, so not eating much. I expect this to go up some once better.
    7 Feb: 139.6 Still not eating up to goal calories. My stomach hurts after I eat anything. Is this like a mild stomach bug? Itโ€™s been since Tuesday (2/4). Weโ€™ll see how today goes.

    August: lost 1.2 lb
    September: lost 4.2 lb
    October: lost 3.7 lb
    November: lost 3.9 lb
    December: lost 4.1 lb
    January: lost 1.9 lb

    (I use Happy Scale, so the losses above are determined by moving average. I will post my actual daily weight below.)

    1 Feb: 144.4 TOM started today, so I should see a bit of a water weight loss about 5 days from now.
    2 Feb: 143.2
    3 Feb: 144 Super Bowl yummies! I went just a little over my deficit calories, but...sodium!

    6 Feb: 140.6 Water weight loss after TOM, but also havenโ€™t felt well the last few days, so not eating much. I expect this to go up some once better.
    7 Feb: 139.6 Still not eating up to goal calories. My stomach hurts after I eat anything. Is this like a mild stomach bug? Itโ€™s been since Tuesday (2/4). Weโ€™ll see how today goes.

    9 Feb: 139.8 My stomach still hurts every time I eat. Iโ€™ve averaged 1050 calories/day this week, when my goal is 1550 (and I average more like 1700, actually). Iโ€™ve never had this before!

    12 Feb: 139.6 Went to doctor yesterday, having h.pylori test done today, then to GI specialist if itโ€™s not that.

    14 Feb: 138.6 Iโ€™ve managed about 1300 calories for the past few days, so not too bad. Still not feeling well and forcing me self to get food in.

    I got a an appt with a gastroenterologist, but itโ€™s not until 3/18 ๐Ÿ˜ณ. My dr is working on getting me in sooner somewhere else.
