    Maybe on this round just pick one thing to really focus on. It can be overwhelming but I think every day is a new day to get back on track. Maybe its pushing the exercise. Maybe tracking every bite. Or maybe focusing on great food choices. The fact that your still posting and thinking about what to do is a great sign! <3
