    My September goal is to get below 220, which is about 8 pounds. Fingers crossed!! Especially since I didn't have a loss this week. :(

    "Ugh" is right! It's not like you're getting a tramp stamp; it's just something small! P.S. Nothing against tramp stamps, if anyone here has one. I have a very close friend with one :)

    Amber - yay you for getting your reward! I am weighing in today at 198.6 - up slightly from this time last week - darn cookouts!! Had a blast though, and am not really stressed because I know it will come off again! My mini goal for September (great idea Pammy!) is to hit 40 lbs. lost. I am close - when I started in January I weighed 234.4 (highest weight ever for me), so it's a do-able goal. Good luck all on reaching your mini goals!!

    My September goal...I'd love to get to 210 which would be 7lbs down in a month. And by the way my weight loss patterns have been going...may or may not happen, since I only lose every other week for some annoying unknown reason.

    I am sorry I have been mia this weekend. Been busy with church and the kids and hubby. Been a little down, too...but I realize now it is because it just that tom. Urg. Of course it would be the day before weigh in, right?

    My September goal is to get down to 218. My last weigh in was 225.8. 7.8 pounds. Hoping that it is attainable. Seems like I have been doing really crappy lately :(:(:(

    Long weekends = BAD BAD me....I need to go work out for 3 hours today to make up for the weight that I gained. Also TOM is in the house at the moment so I am sure that it is just water weight but DAMN!

    I hear you!! TOM is killer for me. I gained 3 from Saturday morning til today but I KNOW it is water weight!!

    With TOM in the house, the long weekend and my bad cravings I gained 2.3lbs from last Friday. Now I have to loose that and then some by this Friday. LOL...good thing I am on holidays this week. I can make a come back. :wink:

    LOL!!! Its easy being on holidays..I can do things faster. Normally I am dealing with clients from 9-5 so I rarely get the chance to sneak in some internet time!

    I've been totally slacking off on my water this week, AND I've been eating too much salt. Bad combo! So I need a water challenge for sure, but I'm up for an exercise challenge too! Bring it! :smile:
