Amber - yay you for getting your reward! I am weighing in today at 198.6 - up slightly from this time last week - darn cookouts!! Had a blast though, and am not really stressed because I know it will come off again! My mini goal for September (great idea Pammy!) is to hit 40 lbs. lost. I am close - when I started in January I weighed 234.4 (highest weight ever for me), so it's a do-able goal. Good luck all on reaching your mini goals!!0

My September goal...I'd love to get to 210 which would be 7lbs down in a month. And by the way my weight loss patterns have been going...may or may not happen, since I only lose every other week for some annoying unknown reason.0

I am sorry I have been mia this weekend. Been busy with church and the kids and hubby. Been a little down, too...but I realize now it is because it just that tom. Urg. Of course it would be the day before weigh in, right?

With TOM in the house, the long weekend and my bad cravings I gained 2.3lbs from last Friday. Now I have to loose that and then some by this Friday. LOL...good thing I am on holidays this week. I can make a come back.0
