Hi All! I was here a couple years ago and this challenge helped me a lot. Now I’m back after having a baby. He’s 2 months old now, and it’s time to start losing my pregnancy weight. 👍 I will be filling in the numbers tomorrow.

This sense of normalcy is so good! It's good to see you all checking in again! Welcome one and all!
I'm not a go to a health club kinda gal. We are fortunate to have a nice set up here at home. However, I found a person who is a trainer at a health club and out of work who puts her workouts on Zoom. That has been great and awful all at the same time! I'm on week two of her workouts and I just feel stronger, sore...but stronger. So I ask myself...where do I want to be when these 30 days are up? I want to be 163 and strong! Where do you want to be when these 30 days are up?

I'm in. I'm Chris. 70 years old. Had back surgery last June and hip surgery last month. Used to do 5 miles a day w/DH but I've been grounded for a very, very long time. Getting back to it tho. Weight is going crazy with the shelter in place but I'll get back to that too.

I had slowly pulled out of a six month plateau in January. Undid that hard work in the last three weeks. I’ve had plenty of plateaus but March was my first month of a steady gain in my years on this journey.
What I learned is that I’ve been over relying on exercise and not paying enough attention to calories. Lol and maybe I stress eat.
4/02- 150.6 my goal this week is to keep logging everything, the good and bad. I’ve set a generous calorie goal. I’ll start making some small changes. I’d love to start losing again but I will be happy to just put the brakes on gaining.

FYI: My BF has been back and forth between 33% and 35% for 4 months. My goal is 30% and we will see what happens. I tend to carry my weight around my waist and hips.
I have seen 32% once in March - on my way!
