    4/1 - 40 min cardio (walk 15-25 min)
    4/2 - 140 min cardio (walk 40-100 min)
    4/3 - 40 min cardio (walk 40 minutes)
    4/4 - 60 min cardio (walk 40-20 min)

    Total MTD: 4 hours 40 minutes

    So far: 146 min or 2hr 26 min

    April 3 86 min hills, fast! 17 mins/mile [shocked - I think that’s my fastest]

    April 5th - 65min Zwift workout plus 25min free ride on turbo trainer

    4/1: 45min HIIT (Janette Jenkins)
    4/2: 45min Day 1 of GBC + 60min walking
    4/3: 30min Tabata + 75min run (10k)
    4/4: 90min 🚴‍♂️ w. kids + 15min Lazy Girl w. Dupre + planks + cleaning the basement 😄
    4/5: 60min 🚴‍♂️ + 30min 🏋️‍♀️ (dumbbell), w. interruptions 😐
    Total to date: 7h 30min

    4/01- 1hr (cardio & strength)
    4/02- .75hr (25min run and 20 min core)
    4/03- 2hr (1hr yoga & 1/2hr run & 1/2 walk)
    4/04- 1.5hr (1hr yoga & 1/2hr run)
    4/05- rest

    4/1: 45 minutes weights (chest, shoulder and triceps) + 30 minutes PE with Joe (youtube workout)
    4/2: 45 minutes indoor cycling + 30 mins. PE with Joe
    4/3: 30 minutes weights (legs) + 30 minutes PE with Joe
    4/4:
    4/5: 2 hrs indoor cycling (easy endurance ride)

    Total MTD: 5 hrs 30 mins.
